China’s higher education shoulders the great task of cultivating the constructors and successors of the socialist cause of all-round development of morality,intelligence,body and beauty.19 th CPC National Congress pointed out that to build an innovative country and start a new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way,it is necessary to firmly implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,the strategy of strengthening the country by talents,and the strategy of innovation-driven development.Under the background of carrying forward the spirit of the times with reform and innovation as the core and building an innovative country,higher education is shouldering the important task of scientific and technological innovation and cultivating innovative talents in the national innovation system.Talent competition has developed into the essence of international competition.The quantity and quality of talents are the important factors that determine the result of talent competition.The essence of international competition is the competition of high-end talents with innovative spirit and ability.College students are the main power of our country undefined s talent reserve,cultivate the students undefined accomplishment,realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,we must cultivate the creative spirit of the college students.The content of the cultivation of the students undefined creative spirit is the cultivation of innovation consciousness,the cultivation of innovative thinking,the cultivation of innovative quality and the cultivation of creative ability.According to the results of practice,although the overall level of comprehensive quality of college students has been greatly improved,there are still many shortcomings,such as learning ability,innovation ability,insufficient practical ability and so on.In the process of cultivating the innovative spirit of college students,the teaching methods are not flexible,the innovative teaching team has not been completely established,and the education content of the innovative spirit training is not systematic and perfect.However,the problems in the cultivation of college studentsundefined innovative spirit are influenced by many factors,such as relatively backward ideology,simple learning and life style,insufficient awareness of responsibility and innovative value.The complexity of the educational environment,the lack of application of the new ideological and political education carrier and the disadvantage of the peer group.Because of the lack of systematic theory of the cultivation of innovative spirit of college students,colleges and universities will not train the innovative spirit of college students in a systematic and professional way.Although many university administrators and teachers have a certain degree of innovation consciousness and ability,they can not integrate the spirit of innovation into the actual classroom teaching.Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is based on the all-round development of college students,strengthening the cultivation and guidance of its innovative spirit,thus innovating the idea of ideological and political education,paying attention to grasping the contents of ideological and political education,and implementing innovative education and teaching.To perfect the open practice teaching system,to construct a diversified mode of cultivating innovative talents,to integrate the cultivation of innovative spirit of college students into the cultivation goal of ideological and political education,and to enable college students to cultivate their own abilities in all aspects of their study.In practice,the innovative spirit of college students should be cultivated,and the ideological and political literacy and innovative spirit of college students should be promoted in an all-round way.
