Under the background of the new era,education reform requires that the professional level of physical education teachers should meet the needs of the development of the times,and the improvement of education quality is inseparable from the improvement of teachers’ level.Therefore,an important issue in the new era is to improve the professional quality of high school physical education teachers.In this study,the professional quality of physical education teachers to start research,through the investigation and collation of the main points of relevant research at home and abroad,analysis of the constraints affecting the professional quality of high school physical education teachers in the new era,and the use of questionnaire survey,field interviews,observation and data analysis methods,the impact of high school physical education teachers’ professional quality of the constituent factors for bold prediction According to this factor,the design puts forward that under the background of the new era,ordinary high school physical education teachers should have three qualities and eight professional quality indicators,which are mainly composed of subject comprehensive knowledge quality,physical education teaching ability quality,sports skill quality,training ability quality,sports scientific research ability quality,referee ability quality,sports professional ethics quality and social service quality Composition.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper makes use of the opportunity of working in ordinary high school for three years in 2017-2020 "master plan",carries out field interviews and questionnaire survey on the current situation of high school physical education teachers’ professional quality,in order to understand the current situation and existing problems of ordinary high School Physical Education Teachers’ professional quality.The results show that:(1)The general high school physical education teachers’ moral quality is good as a whole,and the physical education teachers’ sports skill quality is good as a whole.The comprehensive knowledge literacy of the subject is medium level,and the physical training ability literacy is good.The physical education teachers are not very good in formulating and implementing training plans and properly joining in psychological and physical training.(2)Physical education teaching ability accomplishment is not very good,physical education teachers in the formulation and implementation of plans,selection and use of methods of ability is low.The awareness of sports scientific research is poor,the achievements of scientific research projects are few,and the overall situation is at the lower level.The referee ability literacy is at the lower middle level,and the overall situation of sports referee literacy is at the lower middle level.The awareness of social service is not strong,and the participation rate of social sports activities is low.According to the research results,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions for the professional quality of high school physical education teachers in the new era(1)In the aspect of the feelings of physical education,we should strengthen the moral education of physical education teachers,establish the idea of moral education,improve the opportunities of social participation of physical education teachers,and strengthen the awareness of social service.(2)In terms of professional ability,it is necessary to update teaching ideas,provide opportunities to improve sports skills of PE teachers,innovate PE Teachers’training ideas,continue to learn to improve the knowledge structure of comprehensive disciplines,strengthen PE Teachers’ awareness of scientific research,and improve PE Teachers’ referee training mechanism. |
