Education is the basis of a hundred years,and education is based on teachers.In the era of comprehensively calling for students’ subject literacy,higher requirements are put forward for teachers’ professional literacy.Teachers’ professional quality is not only directly related to teachers’ teaching effect,but also related to the level of education.As a first-line teacher,their professional quality directly affects the quality of the overall education plan,and is the core embodiment of education.The professional quality of the teachers in junior middle school is directly related to the teaching effect of Ideological and political courses.Therefore,to run the ideological and political courses,we must open the ideological and political courses with a strong sense.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the professional quality of the ideological and political teachers in junior high school.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly describes the research background,research significance and the current situation of domestic and foreign research.The second part is the summary of the connotation of teachers’ professional quality and the professional quality of Ideological and political teachers in middle school,and also explains the new requirements of General Secretary Xi for teachers’ professional literacy.The third part is through questionnaire survey and interview survey on five junior middle school ideological and political teachers and students in Jinan City,and then analyzes the current situation,and classifies the main problems: the awareness of scientific research of junior middle school ideological and political teachers needs to be strengthened,teaching mode,teaching methods need to be innovated,interaction with students needs to be strengthened,knowledge literacy needs to be improved.In view of the existing problems,this paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of attention to the status of Ideological and political teachers in junior high school,inaccurate role positioning and the improvement of teachers’ learning enthusiasm.The fourth part is the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the professional quality of junior middle school ideological and political teachers.Combined with the reality,this paper puts forward that the educational administrative departments help to improve the status of teachers,help to improve the self-confidence of junior middle school ideological and political teachers,and constantly optimize the collective preparation platform for ideological and political teachers,and also strictly select teachers in Ideological and political theory.The author constantly optimizes the pre service training system of teachers in Colleges and universities,and the school constantly strengthens the comprehensive quality on-the-job training of junior middle school ideological and political teachers.The author puts forward that the ideological and political teachers in junior high school improve their sense of responsibility and professional identity from the teacher level.
