Today's world has entered the era of intelligence,information technology affects the development of various industries,changes people's production and life style,which makes the status of information technology education upgrade.The curriculum standard of information technology for senior high school(2017 Edition)puts forward the curriculum objective of "comprehensively improving the information literacy of all senior high school students",which is guided by the core literacy of the subject to improve the students' ability to solve problems.High school information technology teachers are the direct practitioners of the new curriculum standard,and their professional quality directly determines the degree and effect of the implementation of the new curriculum standard.But at present,most of the research on information technology teachers focus on single teaching ability,lack of research on the overall professional quality.In order to examine the professional quality of high school information technology teachers from the overall point of view,and ensure the efficient and high-quality implementation of the new curriculum standard,this study excavates the elements of the professional quality of high school information technology teachers,and analyzes the professional quality of high school information technology teachers The status quo of the investigation and analysis of the corresponding promotion strategy.Under the background of the implementation of the new curriculum standard,this study takes high school information technology teachers as the research object,and constructs the framework of high school information technology teachers' professional quality through literature research,questionnaire survey,exploratory factor analysis,correlation test and confirmatory factor analysis.Through literature research,combined with the survey results,the framework is interpreted.This paper mainly expounds the important role of the professional quality in the implementation of the new curriculum standard,and what specific performance teachers should have under the professional quality.According to the framework of high school information technology teachers' professional quality,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of high school information technology teachers' professional quality through questionnaire survey,descriptive statistical analysis and difference statistical analysis.According to the current situation,combined with the improvement suggestions of front-line teachers and experts,this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the professional quality of high school information technology teachers.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn: first,in the implementation of the new curriculum standard,the professional quality of high school information technology teachers is divided into four dimensions: professional character,professional knowledge,professional ability and professional belief.The four dimensions include 12 secondary dimensions and 40 tertiary indicators.Second,the current situation of high school information technology teachers' professional quality,in terms of professional character,the level of personality quality is low,in terms of professional title,there are significant differences;in terms of professional knowledge,the level of information technology related knowledge is low.There are significant differences in age,teaching years,professional title and education background;in terms of professional ability,the level of information technology ability is low.There are significant differences in age,teaching years,professional title and educational background;in professional beliefs,there are significant differences in age,teaching years and professional title.Thirdly,it puts forward strategies to improve the professional quality of high school information technology teachers,so as to provide reference for the improvement of the overall level of professional quality of high school information technology teachers and teachers' self professional development.The construction of high school information technology teachers' professional quality framework aims to help high school information technology teachers evaluate their professional quality level by themselves,promote high school information technology teachers to improve the implementation ability of the new curriculum standard,and increase assistance for the smooth implementation of the new curriculum standard.At the same time,it can provide reference for the professional development direction of high school information technology teachers and help them grow up faster in the professional field.The investigation and analysis of the current situation of high school information technology teachers' professional quality and the proposal of promotion strategies can provide practical reference for the relevant departments to build and cultivate excellent high school information technology teachers.
