Rural Revitalization Strategy Under The Harbin City Rural Primary School Sports Carry Out The Research On The Status Quo And The Development Path

The report to the 19th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that the principal contradiction facing Socialism in China has evolved into one between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people's ever-growing needs for a better life.This contradiction mainly reflects the imbalance between urban and rural development and the insufficiency of rural development.As a big agricultural country in China,the revitalization and development of rural areas is directly related to the change of the main social contradictions in China.Implementing the rural revitalization strategy is of great and far-reaching significance to realizing the Chinese Dream and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Education is a major issue concerning people's livelihood,and good education is an important guarantee for the prosperity of the country and the happiness of the people.The primary education stage of compulsory education is the initial and basic stage of talent training for the country and society,as well as the key stage of building a modern country and improving national quality.Harbin city is located in the northeast of China,geographically remote,regional culture and geographical environment has obvious regional characteristics,but affected by economic factors,the development of rural primary education in Harbin city has been relatively weak.Based on the education reproduction theory and human capital theory related to economics,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of physical education in Harbin rural primary schools,so as to open up a feasible development path for Harbin rural primary schools.In this paper,by using literature,questionnaire,interview,field investigation,mathematical statistics and other research methods,from the student basic situation,the degree of physical education(PE)teachers,valued,classroom teaching content,extracurricular sports activities,sports equipment,facilities and funds to dig deeper into the problems in the development of sports in rural primary school in Harbin,Finally,it puts forward constructive and long-term countermeasures for the development of rural primary school physical education in Harbin city.The results show that the rapid increase of rural primary school students in Harbin,the sports classroom environment is relatively chaos,present a trend of youth sports teachers,men more than women,educational background,professional level,less salary is low,such as physical education,the lack of attention,class content more and not "new",extracurricular sports activities and competitions to carry out the strength is insufficient,the equipment facilities needs to improve.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The number of primary school students in Harbin's rural areas has increased significantly,students are interested in various sports,and PE teachers are gradually becoming young,which is conducive to the healthy development of primary school sports.(2)The gender ratio of physical education teachers is not reasonable,the educational level is generally not high,the number of teachers is insufficient,the professional level and salary are still low,which will be a major obstacle to the development of rural primary school physical education in Harbin.(3)Physical education can not get enough attention,school leaders' teaching ideas lack of affirmation of school physical education teaching work,ignoring the important position of physical education in the overall school education.Therefore,the further development of rural primary school physical education in Harbin needs more support and attention.(4)The teaching content of physical education still needs to be further innovated.Extracurricular sports activities and sports competitions will be one of the key contents of the improvement of the follow-up work of physical education in Harbin rural primary schools.At the same time,efforts to break through the barriers of sports equipment facilities and sports funds will be the most basic guarantee for the development of rural primary school sports in Harbin city.
