The early childhood stage is a period of extremely rapid development of children’s growth and physical functions. The sensitive period of movement is very important. This study explores the impact of sensory integration training on the physical fitness of children aged 5-6to understand their physical health and various aspects of physical fitness. To further obtain the physical development status of children aged 5-6 years old of different genders, use interesting and scientific sensory integration training equipment with multiple functions, strengthen the attention to the physical development of children aged 5-6 years old,and find the best solution for developing children’s physical fitness method. This experiment is conducted on children aged 5-6 in Jinchen Kindergarten in Yucheng City.Based on their physical health,120 children were randomly selected according to the purpose of the study, and they were divided into an experimental group and a control group, each with 60 people and 30 boys,30 girls as the experimental group, select the same 60 people,30 boys, and 30 girls as the control group for the experiment. Before the experiment, test the height and weight of the selected children. The result of the independent sample T test is the experiment There were no statistically significant differences between the group and the control group in terms of age, height, and weight. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the experiment, before the experiment, children were tested for speed, strength, and endurance by testing the ten-meter reentry running, standing long jump, tennis long throw, continuous jumping with both feet, sitting forward bending, and walking on the balance beam.Quality, flexibility, balance, and sensitivity. At the same time, the vital capacity and heart rate of young children are tested. The data obtained for independent sample T test showed no significant difference(p>0.05).Scientific experiments can be carried out. After 12 weeks of experiments, the same project indicators can be carried out again Testing, using mathematical statistics, using SPSS25.0 for statistical analysis,it is concluded that after the experiment, there are very significant differences between male and female students in the experimental group(P<0.01),and significant differences between male and female students in the control group(P <0.05),whether it is the experimental group or the control group, the growth rate of each item is unbalanced.Analysis conclusion:1.Based on sensory integration training, children can get more comprehensive development.Aiming at the characteristics of physical and mental development of children aged 5-6 years, the use of interesting and scientific projects, the practice methods are more colorful, and effectively promote the development of children’s physical fitness.2.In the experiment, the male and female children developed unevenly in all aspects of physical fitness. The data before and after the experiment showed that boys had better standing long jump and tennis throw performances than girls, that is,boys had better strength qualities than girls, and girls had better performances in walking on the balance beam and sitting forward bending. For boys, the flexibility and balance quality of girls are better than boys, and there is little difference in development in other aspects.3.Compared with normal physical education courses, sensory integration training is more conducive to promoting the physical development of children, and the growth rate is more obvious.Boys and girls have changes in the ten-meter reentry run, continuous jumping of the feet, walking on the balance beam, and sitting forward bending The rate is particularly prominent, respectively 12.4%and 15.6%,12.5%and 10.2%,12.5%and 12.1%,16.1%and14%.4.There is no significant difference in each physical fitness before and after the experiment in the control group, but there are also slight improvements. With the improvement of modern living standards, the quality of life of children is relatively high, and all aspects of nutrition are balanced, and they participate in sports activities. It is colorful and helps the physical condition of young children, which is a normal phenomenon. |
