This study uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics to explore the improvement effect of physical fitness training on 3-6-year-old children with different gender,different age groups,different types of disorders and physical level.A total of 578 3-6-year-old children from the natural tree kindergarten in Jinshui District of Zhengzhou City and the children’s sports center of Henan Sports Center were investigated.214 children with sensory integration disorder were screened out by the sensory integration development assessment scale(3-6-year-old version),and 60 children with sensory integration disorder were screened out according to the experimental design,Three times a week,one hour of physical fitness training each time.The experimental group received three stages of physical fitness training,and the control group did not do any intervention.Before and after the experiment,the children in the two groups were tested with sensory integration development assessment scale(3-6-year-old version)and physical indicators.The results showed that:among the 578 children investigated,214 were sensory integration disorders,accounting for 37.02%of the total number of the investigated children,among which 95 were vestibular disorders,accounting for 44.39%of the total number of disorders,126 were tactile disorders,accounting for 58.87%of the total number of disorders,and 101 were proprioceptive disorders,accounting for 47.19%of the total number of disorders.In terms of gender,there were significant differences in vestibular dysesthesia(P<0.05)and proprioceptive dysesthesia(P<0.05)between boys and girls,and significant differences in tactile dysesthesia(P<0.05)and proprioceptive dysesthesia(P<0.05)between girls.In terms of age,there were significant differences in vestibular dysesthesia(P<0.05)and proprioceptive dysesthesia(P<0.05)in 3-4 years old group,vestibular dysesthesia(P<0.05)in 4-5 years old group and vestibular dysesthesia(P<0.01)in 5-6 years old group.In terms of the types of sensory integration disorders,physical fitness training had significant differences in different types of sensory integration disorders between 3-6 years old.The comparison between the horizontal groups showed that there were significant differences in vestibular dysfunction(P<0.01)and proprioceptive dysfunction(P<0.01).The comparison between the vertical groups showed that there were significant differences in vestibular dysfunction(P<0.01)and proprioceptive dysfunction(P<0.01)There were significant differences between tactile sense disorder(P<0.01)and proprioceptive sense disorder(P<0.01).Based on the physical fitness of children with sensory integration disorder before and after the intervention,the physical fitness training has very significant differences in the test indexes of 3-6 years old children with sensory integration disorder.Conclusion:among the investigated children,the rate of tactile sense disorder is high;There are gender differences in the improvement of children with sensory integration disorder by physical fitness training.It is more effective for boys to improve vestibular and proprioceptive disorders,and more effective for girls to improve tactile and proprioceptive disorders.The improvement of physical fitness training on children with sensory integration disorder has age difference.It is more effective for 3-4-year-old children with vestibular dysfunction and proprioceptive dysfunction,4-5-year-old children with vestibular dysfunction and 5-6-year-old children with vestibular dysfunction.The results showed that there were different types of disorders in the improvement of children with sensory integration disorder by physical fitness training.The comparison between horizontal groups was more effective for vestibular and proprioceptive disorders,and the comparison within vertical groups was better.Suggestions:strengthen the propaganda of sensory integration disorder knowledge and the popularization of prevention methods in preschool children;Implement the screening and improvement of sensory integration disorder children in kindergartens and training institutions;To develop and innovate the exercise methods,household goods and teaching tools for children with sensory integration disorder in a diversified and diversified way;The children with sensory integration disorder of different genders and ages should be given targeted sports guidance;We should build a working mode for families,kindergartens and training institutions to improve the symptoms of children with sensory integration disorder;In order to improve the symptoms of children with sensory integration disorder,it is necessary to stimulate and maintain the children’s interest in physical fitness training by means of action imitation,role play and scene introduction. |
