With the rapid development of society in the 21 st century,the country's demand for talents is more and more diversified,especially for those with autonomy and creativity.Under the background of the universal implementation of quality education,class self-management has been widely proved to be an effective mode,but there are still some problems to be solved in the actual process of promoting class self-management.In this paper,H Middle School in Zhengzhou City as an example,on-the-spot investigation of the school organization class self-management related problems,determine the causes of the problem and put forward optimization strategies.This study mainly through the investigation of students and teachers,identify the related problems in the current class self-management,found that the main problems are:students are not willing to participate in class self-management;students' ability of class self-management is insufficient;students' participation in class self-management is low;the effect of class self-management is not obvious.Combined with the field investigation and interview,the reasons for the problems are analyzed: some students lack the awareness and ability to participate in the class self-management;the head teacher intervenes more in the class management;parents ignore the cultivation of children's self-management ability;the class self-management system is not perfect,etc.On the basis of clarifying the reasons,this paper further puts forward the optimization strategies of class self-management: improving students' awareness and ability to participate in class self-management;improving the quality of class teachers,changing the concept of class management;changing the concept of parents,strengthening the connection between home and school;improving the construction of class self-management system.It is hoped that these optimization strategies can provide reference for front-line teachers in teaching practice,effectively reduce the burden of teachers,better promote quality education,provide suggestions for relevant teachers,especially the head teacher,to implement junior high school class management,make class self-management better,effectively cultivate and improve junior high school students' self-management ability,and provide help for improving junior high school students' autonomy and creativity.
