In today's society,all kinds of talents at all levels with autonomy,independence and creativity are required.Students in the class management should emphasize the dominant position of the students,pay attention to cultivating the independence and autonomy of the students,and emphasize the students' Continued development,education and management put forward higher requirements.In recent years,self-management of classes has drawn more and more attention from the current schools.Through self-management of student groups,self-discipline motto of self-discipline is achieved.At the same time,self-management of students is fully developed and become the strongest voice in student management.However,with the development of the times,there are still some problems in the process of self-management of class in the concrete implementation,but some scholars have not realized the widespread concern yet,but have not conducted in-depth research and analysis yet.Based on this,this paper takes Kindergarten N Middle School Kindergarten 14 classes as a sample to conduct a careful analysis and countermeasure research on the self-management of junior high school class.Through this study,students' development needs can be effectively met.At the same time,it can effectively expand and enrich the school management theory of junior middle school class so as to guide the first-line teachers in the self-management practice of junior high school class.First of all,this paper gives a concise overview of the theory and practice of self-management at home and abroad through literature analysis.On this basis,we focus on the 14 th grade of secondary school in N secondary school as a sample,and through interviews and surveys,we interviewed the teachers and students and found out the core problems in the self-management of the class.And then analyze the causes of its problems in-depth.Finally,according to the existing problems,give specific solutions.According to the N secondary school's survey data and interviews,it can be seen that the main problems in this class are as follows:(1)11.48% of the students still fail to participate in class self-management;(2)Class self-management mode also needs to be further perfected,with a small amount of students who have problems in their learning life,focusing on helping and making progress together;(3)The promotion of other factors outside the class main body is not obvious enough;some parents restrict the students' Rapid adaptation to self-management;(4)existing self-management mode,the core lies in the guidance and supervision of teachers,need to better stimulate students enthusiasm for self-management process.Based on the above problems,the third chapter focuses on the causes of the problems from four aspects: the school,class teacher,parents and students.Combining with these outstanding problems and giving specific countermeasures,we hope that while effectively exercising students 'autonomy and enthusiasm,it will help enhance the students' self-management and effectiveness and achieve win-win results.This work provides a typical case and analysis of the pros and cons of excellent middle school in class self-management process,which can provide reference for relevant junior middle school education managers in class self-management practice.
