Research On Construction And Operation Of Collaborative Training Mechanism For Excellent Middle School Teachers

With the basic education curriculum reform entering the deep water area,deepening the reform of teacher education and training excellent teachers have become an important issue of teacher education.In 2018,the Ministry of Education launched "opinions on the implementation of excellent teacher training plan 2.0"(hereinafter referred to as "plan 2.0"),which gives new connotation to excellent teachers and emphasizes the improvement of the new mechanism for the collaborative cultivation of excellent teachers by normal universities,local governments and primary and secondary schools.The cooperative training mechanism of excellent teachers is systematic and complex.Based on the 80 excellent teachers' training plan reform projects confirmed by the Ministry of education,and the relevant literature published by CNKI from September 2014 to June 2020,based on the school,this paper investigates the implementation status of the excellent middle school teachers' cooperative training project,explores the construction and operation process of the excellent middle school teachers' cooperative training mechanism,and further improves the excellent teachers' cooperative training It is of great theoretical and practical significance to develop the mechanism and implement the excellent teacher training plan.This study consists of four parts: the first part is introduction.Describes the proposal of the problem,research purpose and significance,research review,research ideas,content and methods,the key points and innovations of the research,and defines the core concepts related to the theme,combing,analyzing and commenting on the research literature at home and abroad;the second part,the construction of the cooperative training mechanism of excellent middle school teachers.The main contents include the theoretical basis of the construction of the cooperative training mechanism of excellent middle school teachers,the basic principles of the construction of the cooperative training mechanism of excellent middle school teachers and the basic framework of the construction of the cooperative training mechanism of excellent middle school teachers.The third part is the operation mechanism of the cooperative training mechanism of excellent middle school teachers.This paper analyzes the operation concept,operation path and guarantee strategy of each sub mechanism of the cooperative training mechanism of excellent middle school teachers from three aspects: the operation mechanism of the leading mechanism,the operation mechanism of the driving mechanism and the operation mechanism of the evaluation mechanism,in order to clarify the operation law and operation process of each sub-system in the cooperative training mechanism of excellent middle school teachers.The fourth part,summary.This paper reviews the research ideas,summarizes the main research conclusions and innovations,and puts forward the research prospects.
