Modern apprenticeship is an important topic of concern in the field of international vocational education.It takes the workplace as an effective learning place,brings it into the public's perspective.And it closely integrates work-based learning with school vocational education,plays an important role in the training of skilled personnel.Various circles of our society have also paid more attention to the modern apprenticeship,and officially introduced it in 2014.Since its introduction,it has been given the important responsibility of deepening the integration of production and education,in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,and promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.At present,China's modern apprenticeship has moved from a pilot to a full-scale promotion stage.However,just like other industrial-education integrations and school-enterprise cooperation reforms in the past,the lack of enterprise participation still restricts the development of modern apprenticeship.As a result,its great value in talent training cannot be brought into full play.Therefore,how to promote enterprise participation and deep,standardized and high-quality participation in modern apprenticeships,and how to make enterprises fully participate in modern apprenticeships as a normalization are important issues that we need to solve urgently.Looking at Western countries,Germany 's modern apprenticeship,or dual system,is known as the secret weapon of Germany 's rapid economic development,and has always been a model for countries around the world to learn.Once Britain changed its past,its modern apprenticeship has also developed rapidly with the government's vigorous reform and support.The successful implementation of the modern apprenticeship in the two countries cannot be separated from the full participation of enterprises as important subjects,and the full participation of enterprises is naturally inseparable from the support of enterprise participation mechanisms.Moreover,the two countries,which are also Europeans,have similarities and differences in political,economic,and cultural aspects.Therefore,the enterprise participation mechanisms they have established have their own advantages and can give us more experience and inspiration.Therefore,this study attempts to analyze and compare the enterprise participation mechanism in the modern apprenticeship in Britain and Germany,and summarize the useful experience,so as to provide some thinking for solving the dilemma of Chinese enterprises' participation in modern apprenticeship,and provide some inspiration for the construction of enterprise participation mechanism in China's modern apprenticeship.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly includes research origin,research significance,literature review and research design.The second chapter is an overview of the enterprise participation mechanism in the modern apprenticeship.It mainly expounds the theoretical appraisal of the diversity of modern apprenticeship and the theoretical analysis of enterprise participation in the modern apprenticeship,and builds the analytical framework of the enterprise participation mechanism in the modern apprenticeship.This study divides the enterprise participation mechanism into three subsystems: the incentive mechanism,the operation mechanism and the quality assurance mechanism of the enterprise participation.The third chapter is the study of enterprise participation mechanism in modern apprenticeship in British.After a brief introduction to the current implementation of the modern apprenticeship in British,the incentive mechanism,operation mechanism and quality assurance mechanism of enterprise participation in the modern apprenticeship system are explained in depth.The fourth chapter is the study of the enterprise participation mechanism in the German's dual system.After a brief introduction to the current implementation of the German's dual system,the incentive mechanism,operating mechanism and quality assurance mechanism of enterprise participation in the German's dual system are explained separately.The fifth chapter is a comparative analysis of the enterprise participation mechanism in the modern apprenticeship in Britain and Germany.That is,an in-depth comparison of the enterprise participation mechanisms in the modern apprenticeship between the two countries,and found that the two have similarities: non-financial incentives are an important part of the incentive mechanism of enterprise participation in both countries;the overall procedures of operation mechanism of enterprise participation in the two countries are similar and dominated by enterprises;the quality assurance mechanism of enterprise participation in the two countries is mainly constructed from the macro and micro levels.Of course there are differences between the two: the focus of incentives is different;there are differences in individual operating links;and the quality assurance logic is also different.The sixth chapter is experience and inspiration.By summing up the experience of the enterprise participation mechanism in the two countries,it can give us some inspiration: the construction of enterprise participation mechanism in China's modern apprenticeship should be suitable to the national conditions;the construction of incentive mechanism of enterprise participation should make reasonable use of financial and non-financial incentives;the establishment of the operation mechanism of enterprise participation should clarify the specific operation procedures of the enterprise participation apprenticeship;and gradually build a top-down whole process quality assurance mechanism of enterprise participation.
