Study On The Mechanism And Construction Of Campus Culture

Nowadays, the value of Cultural Construction was particularly important, and Campus Culture was an important part of the socialist culture, the position and function of the Campus Culture was also increasingly significant. The Construction of Campus Culture was a long and complex systematic project, and only for constructing the reasonable and effective Campus Cultural Mechanism, to strength and promote the Construction of School Culture.Therefore, the study of Campus Cultural Mechanism, putting a reasonable planning, have far-reaching practical significance for Campus Culture to further promote the construction of moral theory and practice. In this paper, I start with the study of mechanism; discuss the function of Socialist Mechanism and Campus Cultural Mechanism, the main contents of Construction and Operation Mechanism on Campus Culture, and how to construct the Mechanism of Campus Culture.This article is divided three parts, the first part, a historical review is made on mechanism—related concepts by comparing the concepts of Natural Mechanism, Socialist Mechanism, explore Socialist Mechanism and its functions. The paper is defined herein as "Campus Cultural Mechanism composed of what the various Campus Culture elements are, how they work and are carried out in education activities, how people monitor and adjust them for desirable results". It covers the basic elements and their functions. The establishment of Campus Cultural Mechanism and its importance, and explore the cultural education is the goal and its implementation depends on the establishment of a reasonable and efficiency Campus Cultural Mechanism.The second part carries on the Campus Cultural Mechanism from two different levels; the Campus Cultural Mechanism was a long and complex project, mainly covers the motivating mechanism, formation mechanism, communication mechanism and innovative mechanism. The goal of Construction on Campus Cultural Mechanism is to better enhance and promote the Construction of Campus Culture, proposing the Construction Mechanism from five dimensions. Then, the part carries out a detailed analysis about the structure and function of the Campus Cultural Mechanism.The last part from an overall point of view, to further explore the measures on the Campus Cultural Mechanism, how to construct the Campus Cultural Mechanism in the operational level:unity of thinking, enhance understanding, full participation; strengthen sector management and organizational leadership; establish a coordinated mechanism; establish full supervision and system; provide resources to support and condition for protection, to ensure the Construction of Campus Culture in a sustainable and healthy way, and ultimately realize the Educational Function of Campus Culture.
