With the rapid development of economy and the acceleration of work rhythm,some researchers have found that in cities where social work develops first in China,the stress level of social workers endangers their own health,and the situation of job burnout intensifies.Due to the particularity of hospice care service and many other reasons,there will be job burnout.This paper focuses on alleviating the job burnout of social workers in hospice care service institutions.Through the methods of pre-test and post-test,interview and questionnaire,this paper understands the overall job burnout of social workers in X hospice care service institutions,selects the service objects,and uses the research methods of literature research and field research,according to the three factors of emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and low sense of achievement Dimension group intervention and evaluation to alleviate the job burnout of social workers in hospice care service institutions and improve their ability to deal with job burnout.The paper consists of six parts: the first part is the introduction,focusing on the research background and significance of the paper,combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,and defining the core concepts.The second part is the research design,focusing on the theoretical basis of this study,research ideas and research methods,as well as the intervention of group work methods.The third part mainly describes the basic situation of social workers in hospice care service,finds that they are generally in the bad state of emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and low sense of achievement,and analyzes the causes of their job burnout.The fourth part describes the specific application of group work in alleviating the job burnout of social workers in hospice care service institutions.Through the preparatory work and the design of group scheme in the early stage,it describes the process of group development,and evaluates the effect of the group.The fifth part mainly evaluates the process and effect of group work intervention in the job burnout of social workers in hospice care service institutions,and reflects on the problems in the process of group work.The sixth part is the conclusion and discussion.The results show that the degree of job burnout of social workers in hospice care service has been significantly improved through the pre-test and post-test comparison.Secondly,in the process of participating in group work,group members can rationally reflect on their own degree of job burnout,and gradually are willing to express and pour out their ideas and feelings Moreover,through group interaction and experience sharing,team members’ sense of identity,self-efficacy and sense of achievement of their own profession can be improved,team members can effectively deal with negative emotions,find ways to manage pressure and use resources,and make them better adapt to the environment.
