| In recent years,social work supervision has gained attention at the policy,practical and academic levels.However,in the process of development,the supervisor is still faced with many difficulties."Social work itself is an industry with high workload and high pressure"(Huang Yuanxie,2018).As the facilitator of professional development,supervisors need to undertake various responsibilities and bear various pressures.In the practice of supervision,what pressure does the supervisor face?Why do these pressures arise?How to deal with these pressures?This study will focus on answering the above questions.This study first reviews the domestic and foreign literature on social work supervision and supervision pressure.The author gets inspiration from the previous literature,and puts forward the research topic:the research on the pressure of social work supervisors in China.Then,the research method of length interview is adopted to select Jinan City as the research field,and the supervisors who have more than two years of supervision experience in the city are interviewed,and the analysis is made from the perspective of system theory.Study found that pressure supervisor is mainly manifested in the structure of micro,meso and macro,embodied in:the micro system of personal self doubt and internal pressure in conflict,supervision practice,medium in the system,project funding agency personnel loss and the pressure in the organization management,government’s town government in the macroscopic system of management,industry development and the professional construction of the pressure.Based on this,the study analyzes its causes one by one.It mainly includes:the personal influence of the supervisor,the contradiction between the supervisor and the supervisor in the supervision practice;Insufficiency of institutional guarantee,influence of project funds on service effectiveness,and unclear institutional positioning;There are conflicts between the government and the professional concept,and the supervision mechanism and professional construction are weak.To this end,the author tries to put forward suggestions,from three levels of supervisors,institutions,government and enterprises to advocate the joint participation of multiple subjects,pay attention to the pressure of supervisors,improve the working environment of supervisors,and enhance the professional quality of supervisors.Finally,this study puts forward the prospect that the future research can continue to expand the research content,research objects and research fields of supervision,continue to put forward opinions and views for supervisors and supervisors,construct the knowledge system of social work supervision,and promote the construction of social work supervision talent team and specialty. |
