Postgraduate education shoulders the important mission of cultivating innovative talents and developing innovative science and technology,is an important part of building a strong country of higher education,and also a key factor leading the "double first-class" construction to the in-depth development.At present,with the promotion of the comprehensive reform of postgraduate education in China,it promotes the implicit development of postgraduate education and focuses on the improvement of the quality of postgraduate talent training.The relationship between tutors and postgraduates has a direct impact on the quality of postgraduate training.As a science and engineering graduate student who promotes the innovation of science and technology industry,his education is closely related to the training process of tutors,and it is also the top priority of the development of postgraduate ideological and political education.Under the current new situation,how to further build a good guiding relationship and coordinate the balanced development between the two has become an urgent problem to be solved.In order to further explore the relationship between the teacher and students,this study takes the science and engineering graduate students of five universities in Hangzhou region as the object of investigation,and on the basis of the analysis of the present dynamic development process of practice,teacher and graduate student to contact theory,the theory of intersubjectivity and role theory as a foundation,take a combination of questionnaire and interview research methods,from learning orientation,learning content,learning mode in the investigation.It is found that in the relationship between graduate students and their tutors,there are some problems,such as lack of initiative in the communication between graduate students and their tutors,single guiding role of tutors and low effectiveness in the interaction between them.On this basis,combined with interviews with some graduate students,the factors that influence the guiding relationship are analyzed by the paper from four aspects:guiding duty,guiding characteristic,guiding ability and guiding system.Through a comprehensive analysis of the difficulties and influencing factors in the relationship between tutors and postgraduates,it is necessary to improve the initiative of individual communication,pay attention to the comprehensiveness of tutors' guidance and enhance the effectiveness of "guidance interaction" in order toform a good guidance relationship of harmonious interaction between teachers and students and teaching and learning.
