In our country,secondary vocational school education is to cultivate skilled and applied talents as the goal of vocational education.With the deepening of economic system reform and the refinement of market division of labor,the social demand for high-quality skilled talents is increasing.As an important specialty in secondary vocational schools,preschool teachers' major(hereinafter referred to as preschool teachers' major)has cultivated a group of preschool education teams with noble teachers' morality and excellent business,which effectively ensures the healthy development of preschool education.However,in recent years,on the one hand,with the introduction of the "two child" policy,the society's demand for kindergarten teachers has increased.On the other hand,there have been some negative incidents of child abuse by kindergarten teachers,which have seriously damaged children's physical and mental health and affected the public's expectation of kindergarten teachers' occupation.Therefore,it has become a practical subject in Vocational and technical education to explore the current situation,causes and Countermeasures of legal awareness of preschool teachers and students in secondary vocational schools.This paper uses the methods of literature research,interview,investigation and so on.Taking six secondary vocational schools in Shandong Province as samples,582 teachers and students of secondary vocational schools are randomly selected for questionnaire survey and 6teachers are interviewed.After sorting out the collected first-hand data,it is found that there are insufficient legal knowledge reserves and weak awareness of the rule of law among the secondary vocational and preschool teachers Question object.Most of the teachers and students in secondary vocational schools are kindergarten teachers or staff of early education institutions.Their quality and ability directly affect the growth and development of children.Once there is child abuse,the harmful consequences are not small.Therefore,it is urgent and necessary to improve the level of legal awareness.On the basis of previous research results,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of imperfect system norms,poor effect of legal education,and the influence of traditional legal culture on the basis of previous research results,and based on the data support of investigation and interview materials in six secondary vocational schools,the paper proposes to educate students to form institutional trust through the specific practice of running schools according to law,and carry out scientific and systematic education on the rule of law In order to speed up the healthy and orderly development of preschool education,we should plan and change the teaching staff from full-time to part-time,improve the evaluation system of legal education,strengthen the inner belief by using legal practice activities,and promote the transformation of legal awareness into specific behaviors,and strengthen the cultivation of legal awareness,so as to accelerate the healthy and orderly development of preschool education.
