Preschool education,as the cornerstone of the individual's life,plays an important role in its lifelong education.However,preschool education is still a short board of education in our country.In order to ensure the healthy development of education in our country,the financial input of education is increasing,and more and more attention is paid to the quality of preschool teachers.Therefore,the status of preschool teachers has been increasing year by year,and the training of preschool education students has received more attention,and the research on preschool education students has been increasing.Self-management is an activity that arranges and manages all aspects of learning,life,etc.It is a dynamic development process and is influenced by many internal and external factors.At present,our country about the students' self management research mainly concentrated in the higher vocational college students and undergraduate,however research on the secondary vocational student's community self-management is relatively less,and most of the research are theoretical studies but few in the empirical research.Studies on preschool educational students in secondary vocational schools including occupational habit,learning psychology,professional training,professional identity,etc,but little research has been done on self-management.The preschool education students of secondary vocational schools,as another important force to promote the development of preschool education,deserve more attention and discussion from education workers.This study takes jiangxi D school as an example,the students of grade 1 and 2 of preschool education were selected as the research object,and the self-management status of the study subjects was collected through investigation.Using SPSS data was used to analyze the survey data and the results show that: D school preschool education major students in jiangxi province of self management ability in the medium to low levels,and there are significant differences in different grades,different family economic conditions,different ways of family education,and different academic performance level.The author on the basis of questionnaire interview data analysis the influencing factors of preschool education major students self-management,including family,school,and students aspects,and make tentative suggestions to promote preschool education professional students self-management ability.
