| With the deepening and advancement of the reform of teacher education, the emphasis of the reform has been shifted from the increase of teachers’ number to that of teaching quality. Conforming to the trend of development, the Ministry of Education implemented the excellent teacher training plan comprehensively, put forward five kinds of suggestions on cultivation of excellent teachers, including secondary vocational teachers and provided instructional advice for the late reform of teachers’ education in 2014. It is worth mentioning that Tianjin University of Technology and Education, as the cradle of vocational teaching staff, launched the excellent teacher training plan in 2010 in order to meet the fast development of secondary vocational education’s demand for high quality teachers. Priority to secondary vocational service, after great efforts and exploration, the University has made some achievements in the theory and practical study of great vocational education teacher training and became the pioneer on cultivation of excellent teachers. Therefore, the author takes the Tianjin University of Technology and Education as an example and explores the cultivation pattern of excellent teachers, not only trying to improve the pattern of excellent teachers of Tianjin University of Technology and Education, but also hoping to offer advice and suggestions for the plan through this study.Based on teachers’ professionalization, Robot’s cooperation theory and theory of all-round development of humans, the study made a questionnaire to the students at school and graduates in experimental classes by reviewing the literature. It mainly involves five parts of training objectives, curriculum system, cultivation pattern, management mechanism and quality evaluation of talent training. It also refines the talent selection, the year of cultivation, teacher structure and teaching method and investigates carefully about the present situation of the cultivation pattern on secondary in vocational teacher in Tianjin University of Technology and Education. At the same time, in order to explore deeper problems, this study is also supplemented by relevant interview investigation.Through research and sorting of talent cultivation plan in experimental classes, the author finds some problems: ambiguous cultivation target, weak students’ occupational consciousness; faulty course system, weak service consciousness; single cultivating pattern, the lack of cooperation; poor management mechanism, the lack of multiple participation; single evaluation way, incomplete check system and so on.On the basis of deep exploration of the reason and research and mining and the advanced education abroad related education theory and practice, the author puts forward the measures and suggestions to improve excellent teacher training plan in Tianjin University of Technology and Education. Advice is as follows: clear training objectives, enhancement of students’ professional consciousness; improvement of curriculum system, enhancement of the pertinence of the curriculum; fostering of innovation methods, focus on collaborative culture; improvement of the personnel training quality evaluation, completion of check system and so on. |
