Research On The Judgment And Disposal Of Internet Public Opinion In The Post-truth Era

In the beginning of the 21 st century,with the rapid development and rise of Internet technology,new media have risen up.Netizen's right of speech and expression have been greatly enhanced.They pay more and more attention to network communication.Netizen mainly obtain information and participate in network expression online.With the development of network technology and the advance of science technology,the “Media Dominance” situation has changed,and it gradually turn into “Netizen Speaking freely”.Network information ecology is reconstructed,and cyber space has become the public space.The outcry of netizen has become the driving force of Internet events,and different opinions of netizen promote the development of Internet public opinion.Netizen express what they want to say through Internet public opinion which is the“barometer”of social public opinion.However,the authenticity of Internet public opinion has been an issue to be considered with some uncontrolled factors in Internet public opinion.Now there are post-truth states such as “emotion before,fact after” and “conclusion before,fact after”.This thesis studies how to judge and dispose Internet public opinion in the post-truth era--taking di di incident(2018.5.10-9.27)as an example,which studies a new topic of Internet public opinion.In social events,Internet public opinion accompanied with rumors,false information,irrational emotions and public emotions have spread.These different emotion have been normal when Internet public opinion spread.Therefore “post-truth era” has become the mark of network times.This thesis try to find the connection between Internet publi opinion from social events and “post-truth era”,then put forward problems,analyze problems,finally solve problems.The thesis focuses on studying emotional expression and participation of netizen in Internet environment.It can find Internet public opinion being in disorder through social events,and put forward some practicable advice for Internet public opinion in post-truth era.This thesis is divided in six chapters:The first part is about introduction and it talks about the background,purpose and significance.And it also includes domestic and international literature review,the related conception,the basic frame of the thesis and the innovative point.The second part is chapter one.It talks about the reason for the formation of Internet public opinion in post-truth era and the feature and the transmitting space of it.The third part is chapter two.It is about the judgement and research of Internet public opinion of DiDi event.Then it introduces DiDi event firstly,and then demonstrates the data of Internet public opinion in post-truth era and its judgement standard of the data.Besides,it will complete quantitative analysis about Internet public opinion data and analyze the result of Internet public opinion data.The fourth part is chapter three.It is about disposal of Internet public opinion of DiDi event,and public relations in crisis of DiDi event.Then this chapter will demonstrate the government exercises public rights prudently to affect Internet public opinion of DiDi event,and media help Internet public opinion of DiDi event spread accurately.The last part in the chapter is about netizen's cognition of Internet public opinion of DiDi event.The fifth part is chapter four.It is about the judgement and disposal of Internet public opinion of DiDi event.Besides it includes government warns netizen of Internet public opinion early,public opinion department should monitor Internet public opinion all the time and media need deny rumours actively until Internet public opinion have been dispelled.The sixth part is conclusion.In conclusion,it shows current social events and Internet public opinion are overlapping,which means making judgement and disposal of Internet public opinion in post-truth era is necessary.It will provides important theoretical references and practical basis to cope with Internet public opinion,guide netizen to dispel their public opinion and reduce social negative influence.
