The popularization and application of Internet technology have completely changed the way of people's life and thinking.The openness and interactivity of the network have shifted the position of social public opinion to online.The network public opinion form develops rapidly,its influence is increasingly prominent.Network public opinion is a mirror of social development.On the one hand,it is an important means for ordinary netizens to freely express their opinions and emotions;on the other hand,it is an important reference for the management and decision-making of relevant government departments.However,with the continuous development of social media,post-truth phenomena emerge in an endless stream,which has become a common phenomenon in the era of social media.It can be said that the era of social media is a post-truth era.Post-truth subverts the traditional information communication system and order,and also has a significant impact on the communication of network public opinion.The number of public opinion reversal events increases,which seriously disturbs the normal public opinion order of the society and has a bad influence.In the post-truth era,there are many problems in the communication of network public opinion,and it is worth pondering on how to promote the healthy and reasonable communication of network public opinion.In order to realize the governance of the chaos of network public opinion in the post-truth era,it is necessary to clarify the links and participants in the communication of network public opinion in the post-truth era,analyze the post-truth characteristics of each subject element,and explore how the elements interact with each other in the communication process.This paper takes the network public opinion in the post-truth era as the research object.In integrated communication,journalism,sociology,psychology and other disciplines theory,literature analysis method,case analysis method and comparative analysis method are mainly used to study the communication paradigm of network public opinion in the post-truth era,that is,to systematically analyze the relevant elements,communication mode and universal law of network public opinion communication.To be specific,first of all,the concept of post-truth and network public opinion is analyzed,relevant research status at home and abroad is sorted out,the communication mode and effect of network public opinion in the post-truth era is theoretically sorted out and elaborated,and ontology theory is introduced as the construction theory.And then,from the six modules of communicator,information,channel,audience,management and noise,as well as the components of public opinion information provider,agenda setter,public opinion torsion,public opinion event,public opinion ontology,social media,news media,susceptible,susceptible,remover,government management,self-regulatory management,etc.,to construct the ontological model of network public opinion communication in the post-truth era.Then the post-truth attribute of each subdivision element in the communication mode is further analyzed.At the same time,from the three aspects of network public opinion generation mechanism,network public opinion revealing mechanism and game mechanism in public opinion communication,the paper analyzes the mechanism of network public opinion communication in the post-truth era.Finally,based on the above analysis,this paper proposes reference strategies for effective and rational communication of network public opinion in the post-truth era from six aspects,including root prevention,truth disclosure,emotional counseling,audience education and system construction.
