Research On Group Work Intervening In The Spiritual Comfort Of Solitary Elders In Urban Communities

With the development of China's aging population,the elderly living alone in our country is also in an upward trend.In the process of rapid economic development,the quality of life of elderly people living alone also needs our attention,especially the spiritual comfort of elderly people living alone.The problem has gradually become the focus of social attention.This article takes the elderly living alone in the C community of Huangshi as the research object,and uses interviews,observations,and literature analysis to understand the basic situation of the elderly living alone in the community and the community.The phenomenon of single interpersonal communication and low self-identity.According to the previous comprehensive evaluation,it is found that emotional support needs,entertainment life needs,communication development needs and self-realization value needs are the four basic needs of elderly people living alone.Therefore,a group work method was adopted to study the spiritual comfort of the elderly living alone.Group work services were provided to the special circumstances of the eight elderly living alone in the community.According to different goals,corresponding staged service plans were formulated,and targeted group interactions were implemented to help the living alone.The elderly relieve the loneliness and loneliness of the inner world and effectively solve the problem of spiritual comfort.Finally,I hope that through the exploration of the spiritual comfort of the elderly living alone in the community,we can provide advice and guidance for Huangshi to solve the problem of spiritual comfort of the elderly living alone.
