Case Work Intervention Research On The Mental Comfort Of The Elderly Living Alone In H Village

With the acceleration of my country’s urbanization process,the gap between urban and rural areas has gradually narrowed,but the phenomenon of rural population flowing into cities still exists.This has led to a large number of empty-nest elderly in rural areas.Some empty-nest elderly have become solitary elderly due to some reasons.These elderly people face the issue of old-age care needs constant attention.Therefore,this article understands and analyzes the mental comfort status of the elderly living alone in Village H.Based on the theory of ecological system,social support and narrative therapy,combined with investigation methods,understand needs and problems,and use casework methods to intervene.After the preliminary interviews,this article uses questionnaire survey and interview methods to find three service targets and understand the basic situation of several elderly people,and estimate the needs of elderly people living alone.Their needs are mainly concentrated in the following four aspects: Get companionship the needs of society,the needs of social interaction,the needs of culture and entertainment,and the needs of enhancing self-worth.At the same time,corresponding intervention plans were developed according to the different needs of the three service targets.This article intervenes in three aspects: the elderly themselves,their families,and society.At the micro level,the client intervenes to help them establish a correct concept of elderly care.Through interviews,the elderly can alleviate their own anxiety and sense of loss,explore new hobbies,discover their own advantages,and relieve the elderly in the process of physical disability and role change The physical and psychological emotional problems that arise will change the original cognition and help realize the value of elderly life;at the me so level,encourage the elderly to go out of the house,communicate with the outside world,divert their attention to the outside world,and obtain affirmation and support from the outside world.At the same time,promote children to care for the elderly more,not only economically,but also spiritually support and comfort the elderly;at the macro level,it is mainly as a policy adviser to propose more projects or projects that focus on the mental health of the elderly to social work agencies and the community.Suggest.After the casework practice is over,the intervention process will be evaluated for results,process evaluation,and self-evaluation by social workers.Finally,I reflect on and summarize the entire research process.
