Community correction object refers to the five kinds of criminals,for a special group ofpeople less harmful to society and corrected in the community.It’s includes:sentenced tocontrol,probation,temporary execution outside prison,the deprivation of political rights andruling on parole.No matter which group of correction objects,there are some lack of socialrights.In accepting the mandatory supervision at the same time,they also facehousing,work,marriage,family and other aspects of the pressure.Slow down and get rid of thiskind of pressure depend only on the correction of the object itself is unable to achieve.Forthem,the repair of social relations,build social relationships,to get more support and help,wecan get the real meaning of salvation.This research is about community correction object onsocial problems,is a case study of community correction.Resocialization is relative in terms of socialization, refers to early socialization andcontinual socialization is not the person to achieve social membership, mandatory orcompensatory education by way of re-indoctrination process. The purpose is to change thekind of counter-cultural personality of these people has been formed to enable them to acceptsocial norms in line with the provisions of the interests of the majority of people, values andbehavior.The resocialization of criminal, is to make the criminals get rid of bad habits, repair thevalues, the process of return to society. Marx believed that the criminal in infringes on at thesame time also is in violation of his own, this kind of violation of guilt for him is apunishment. The punishment he out of the social norms and cultural norms and ethics, makeshim to be out of tune with the society. Criminals return to society, to regain freedom,therefore, should have the condition, is to be able to complete the resocialization.Practices inthe field of modern execution is tightly coupled with psychological correction, moraleducation and labor skills training, in order to achieve the re-socialization of offenders. In this study to investigate the community correction object resocialization effect isfound, the current correction object resocialization most outstanding problem is the socialexclusion, lack of social capital, social support is not enough, difficult to integrate into society.Therefore, this research to these problems, further into the community, study the effectiveways to promote correct object resocialization.In this study,the first community in Jilin province Changchun correction--D DistrictChangchun City as the research object,focuses on a street,two community of D District.Bylong time investigation and study,we found some community contradictions.The mostprominent problem is the correction of mutual exclusion between object and social.To blockcorrection to the object of social participation in social exclusion and cut off some socialrelations of the correct object.As Giddens said, the social exclusion,poverty,labor marketexclusion,social exclusion and exclusive service.Social rejection makes the correction objectfeel lonely,make lonely adverse emotional action,no place to vent. Without understandingandsupport,it’s easy to go to extremes,there is dissatisfaction with society and even againstthe existing system impulse.Community corrections is deferent from the prison correction,has the advantage ofcommunity correction,can be avoided between prisoners of "cross infection",then punitivemeasures and education to realize the unity of punishment.Correction of the object in thecommunity,a return to the social main value-system will be the influence of the socialenvironment,not only saves execution costs,but also realize there socialization,by shootingtwo hawks with one arrow.However,this ideal goal can be achieved? Correction of the objectare criminals,public and community residents will be able to accept this way and thecorrection object?Correction object can successfully integrate into society?These questionsneed to be investigated and the researched.The system of Chinese execution by the international influence,the doctrine of severepunishment doctrine transition gradually to be lighter ones.From the punitive,retribution ideato humanization and restore transition.From the beginning of2003implementation in ourcountry,it has been running for ten years.Certainly, the community correction is worthy to bepopularized. Especially in2013,the reeducation in labor system was abolished,that improvedthe system of community correction policies,made the community correction enter adevelopment period.Actually, China has no "community correction law" by now.Comparedwith the imprisonment,the community correction is a non custodial penalty way with assistedexecution. It means that criminals have to serve community by "in the judicial supervision". Community correction is the goal of correction criminal’s psychology and behavior,toenable them to correct the wrong idea and behavior,then return to society and complete theresocialization.The truth is, the correction of object in socialization is confronted with manydifficulties and problems, by following closed succession after he got out of prison.The biggest problem to current community correction is social exclusion.If the correctionobject in social exclusion will reject society.How to overcome social exclusion is an urgentresearch topic in theoretical circles.Social exclusion caused the correction object to the socialdisintegration,in social support network fracture and the lack of social resources etc...By theactual results,social disintegration is the social exclusion.Overcoming social exclusion muststart from the informal support,now officially support has made positive efforts,such as theestablishment of specialized agencies,organized a large number of volunteers in thestraightening process.But the correction object’s subjective feeling is not obvious.Thecorrection object’s inner sense of exclusion and the exclusion problem has not been resolved.Therefore,how to get through informal increasing support for correction object byunderstanding, tolerance and support,is the key to return to the community correction object.Community correction is a social participation penalty.Community correction is notrectified the object one-man show,not the Justice Department to blanket,but the correctionobjects.Their families,neighbors,friends,social organizations and the social public toparticipate in the games.This paper discusses the construction of correction object’s socialnetwork from two aspects: one is from the macro design,by increasing the correction object’ssocial resources,or reducing social exclusion,social integration and establishing informalsocial support;the other is from the actual practice micro design,find the needs to establishsocial relation network breaking ways and methods of correction object.The community correction in Jilin Province started relatively late.The communityconstruction has not been completed.Without rich experiences in community correction,it hasnot been formed a fixed mode suitable to the local district.However,the Jilin province regionalculture,local customs and practices for the community correction has social basis beneficial.In Northeast China, the social habit tempers are tolerance and generosity,it’s provide a closeemotional relationship,more generous social inclusion and widely accepted social mentality tocorrection object in community.
