In recent years,China has been paying more and more attention to social entrepreneurship, especially the social entrepreneurship of university students. As an emerging entrepreneurial method,it has an important role in promoting social balance and economic development. As a fresh blood and backbone in the process of social development, the university students group is one of the most enthusiastic groups among social entrepreneurs. The number of students participating in social entrepreneurship-related activities is increasing for years, but there is still possible for an improvement during the process of social enterprises‘ establishment, and there is a general lack of empirical research on college students 'social entrepreneurship in combination with China's national conditions. So under this background, what are the influential factors, why university students will transform into social entrepreneurs, germinate the willingness to start a social enterprise, and what is the relationship between these factors? These issues need to be discussed urgently and have research value. This study attempts to provide a theoretical basis for the development of university students' social entrepreneurship by studying the possible influential factors of their motivation to encourage better practical activities. Therefore, this article sorts out a large number of documents, summarizes the mature research results, scientifically designs the research structure, and combines with empirical research to make a preliminary discussion. The model design is mainly based on the planned behavior theory(TPB),and make appropriate adjustments according to the characteristics of university students. With reference to the maturity scale, after pretesting,fine-tuning and re-compilation,the “University Students' Intention Questionnaire for Social Entrepreneurship ”was generated, and a total of 335 sample data were collected,with312 valid questionnaires.Using EXCEL,SPSS and AMOS to screen the data, exploratory factor analysis and empirical verification of structural equations, the results of the data analysis show that:(1)Emotional intelligence, ethic moral and perceived support are positively correlated with social entrepreneurship attitudes, subjective norms and behavior control;(2)Emotional intelligence, perceived support, social entrepreneurship attitude, social entrepreneurship subjective norms and social entrepreneurship behavior control all affect the social entrepreneurial intention of university students;(3)Social entrepreneurship attitude, subjective norms and behavior control of university students play part of the intermediary role in the relationship of emotional intelligence, perceived support and social entrepreneurial intention. They play the intermediary role in ethic moral and social entrepreneurial intention.
