The group of young teachers in colleges and universities is a reserve force for the sustainable development of higher education and an indispensable important driving force for the future development of higher education.In the context of the rapid development of education in China,the first challenge faced by young teachers in colleges and universities is their professional development.Due to their short teaching experience,little social experience,high work pressure,and heavy life pressure,they also have to deal with heavy workloads Teaching and research tasks compete with professional titles.Among these complicated problems,young teachers in colleges and universities face stupidity in the face of various problems that need to be solved,which will cause young teachers to have negative psychological effects due to excessive professional difficulties,which will seriously affect the quality of life of young teachers in colleges And sustainable development.Therefore,it is of great research value to study the plight of young teachers' professional development in colleges and universities.In this paper,the three young teachers in Huaxi University City,Guizhou University of Finance and Economics,Normal University,and Nationalities University,aged 24 to 40,were selected as the research object,based on Maslow 's hierarchy of needs theory.Based on this,the professional development status of young teachers in colleges and universities is divided into three aspects: the status quo of life,the status of teaching and scientific research,and the status of personal development.To explore the real life status and professional development of young teachers in colleges and universities.This article is divided into four chapters in total: Chapter One explains the purpose and significance of the research,research content,research methods,research objects,domestic and foreign research reviews,theoretical basis,and defines the relevant concepts;Chapter Two is based on The data obtained from this survey analyzes the current status of young teachers in colleges and universities in Huaxi University City,Guizhou Province in terms of living conditions and teaching and scientific research,and analyzes the problems arising therefrom;Chapter III based on the results of data analysis,from the social The analysis of the three levels of environment,university management and individual teachers affects the reasons for the professional development of young teachers in universities.It is found that the major professional difficulties faced by young teachers come from the conflict between life and work,theimbalance in the allocation of time between teaching and scientific research,the difficulty of promotion of professional titles,Dissatisfaction with salary and treatment and the imperfect management mechanism of colleges and universities;Chapter IV gives countermeasures and suggestions for improving the career development of young teachers in colleges from the three levels of society,school and individual,specifically for improving the professional status of teachers in the society Identify,establish a reasonable promotion mechanism,and improve youth education Benefits,improve the management mechanism for training university,enhance teachers' sense of ownership and self-adjustment capability.
