Research On Ecological Supervision Of Network Public Opinion Since The 18th National Congress

As a special manifestation of social ideology,network public opinion ecology is not only the vane of current social development,but also the stabilizer of social security.The report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward "strengthening the management of network society",and the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward "establishing a perfect network management system and creating a clear network space".Over the years,the Party and the state have constantly updated the principles and policies of network governance,which fully reflects the profound and accurate grasp of the law of the dissemination and evolution of network public opinion,and also shows the urgent need to solve the problem of ecological governance of network public opinion.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly introduces what is the network public opinion ecology and related research.It pays attention to the unity of history and logic of concept development,and clarifies the main object of this study.Chapter 2 analyses and discusses the five elements of the network public opinion ecology,outlines the network public opinion ecosystem model,and analyses its internal and external operating mechanism.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper analyses the existing problems of network public opinion ecology from the aspects of public opinion environment and public opinion response.The third chapter mainly analyses the reasons for the emergence of the ecological problems of network public opinion.Firstly,with the development of technology,personality algorithm becomes an important means for some news and information clients to increase the user's viscidity,but it produces the "information cocoon room" effect.Secondly,the decentralization of the mainstream public opinion field.Finally,the rise of the middle group,a new class,has brought new problems to the ecological governance of network public opinion.Chapter ? starts from the internal elements of the network public opinion ecology,reorganizes the governance path,and proposes that the immune system of the network space should be constructed actively.At present,the diversification of media channels and the convenience of communication means make the interaction of network public opinion continuously upgrade and iterate.In order to achieve an effective balance between the network public opinion ecology and the external environment such as politics,economy and society,it is necessary to strengthen the ecological governance of public opinion in order to achieve and maintain it.This paper focuses on qualitative research,using case analysis,data analysis and other research methods,not only to explore the ecological changes of network public opinion since the 18 th National Congress,but also to address the problems of network public opinion ecology,from the internal and external conditions of the system,put forward a series of governance measures.
