Under the background of the new era,children’s art education attaches more and more importance to the exploration and expansion of art curriculum resources.The application of local art resources in the curriculum has become a hot spot in the development of art teaching and research institutions.Daye City is the birthplace of bronze culture in Jingchu area.It has profound mining and smelting culture and rich heritage resources.The mining and smelting culture is not only the history of ancient mineral smelting,but also the history of modern industrial development,as well as the history of modern urban transformation.It is the core value and soul of the city.Such rich cultural resources cover all aspects of social development and provide good conditions for the development and utilization of art curriculum resources.In this paper,mining and smelting culture as an art resource is combined with children’s art curriculum,so that students can establish the consciousness of independent exploration and cooperation,find themselves,establish the connection between art and other disciplines,and learn to apply the knowledge they have learned to social life through the guidance of teachers.After investigation,the author found that there are a lot of gaps in the combination of mining and smelting cultural resources and quality education.According to the existing problems and specific case analysis,the author proposed theoretical principles and strategies to improve the local art curriculum in Daye City.This paper is divided into six parts,the first part describes the background and significance of the topic,including the definition of research methods,related concepts,the research status at home and abroad;the second part introduces the main mining and smelting cultural resources of Daye City;the third part investigates and analyzes the current situation of Daye children’s art curriculum and the utilization of beauty resources;the fourth part is based on the first three chapters The fifth chapter analyzes and reflects on the teaching cases,and finally summarizes and prospects.
