The Development Of Female Entrepreneurs' Passion

In the era of encouraging " public entrepreneurship and innovation",female entrepreneurs are receiving increasing attention.Entrepreneurial passion is a kind of positive emotion,which plays a pivotal role in the entrepreneurial process.At present,there are some gaps on the related research of entrepreneurial passion:Firstly,there is a lack of a distinction between male entrepreneurs and female entrepreneurs.Secondly,most researches focus on entrepreneurial passion based on static perspective,but lack of dynamic perspective.Female entrepreneurs have unique personality traits,social networks,and are more susceptible to the social environment and social culture,which affect their emotions.Entrepreneurial passion,as an emotional experience,may also be affected,dynamic and unstable.Third,the predictors of entrepreneurial passion dynamics have not received sufficient attention.Some studies have found that the fear of entrepreneurial failure and entrepreneurial effort can affect entrepreneurial passion,but the predictive effect of female entrepreneurs' fear of failure and entrepreneurial effort on their entrepreneurial passion cannot be determined.In order to solve the above problems,the research is based on the harmonious passion and obsessive passion under the concept of Vallerand's Dualistic Model of Passion.This study explores the stability of harmonious and obsessive passions of female entrepreneurs,and the impact mechanism of entrepreneurial failure fear and entrepreneurial effort on the stability of entrepreneurial passion.This study completes the above research gaps in the following steps: First,combing the entrepreneurial passion,fear of failure and entrepreneurial effort literature.Secondly,the research model is derived based on the theoretical basis.Propose corresponding hypotheses around the corresponding predictions on the development trend of female entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial passion development trend,the predictive effect of the fear of entrepreneurial failure on the development trend of female entrepreneurs 'entrepreneurial passion,and entrepreneurship efforts make corresponding assumptions on the predictive role of female entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial passion.Then,the questionnaires were issued by mature scales,the analysis of the questionnaire data,and gradually verify the establishment of each hypothesis by the latent growth model.Finally,summarize the research conclusion and enlightenment,expound the contribution,the research limitation and the future prospect.This paper conducts a follow-up survey of ‘Heroine 6 classes' in Southwestern University of Finance and Economics for 6 months and 4 times.The analysis of latent growth model found that:(1)There are two types of development trends for female entrepreneurs' harmonious passion: "Lower Harmonic Passion Rising Group" and "Higher Harmonic Passion Decline Group",and there were no significant differences within the two categories.There are also two types of development trends in forced enthusiasm: the "higher obsessive passion stable group" and the "lower obsessive passion declining group".(2)The fear of failure of female entrepreneurs has no significant effect on the initial value and development trend of harmonious passion and the initial value of obsessive passion,but it has a significant positive impact on the development trend of obsessive passion.(3)The entrepreneurial efforts of female entrepreneurs have a significant positive impact on the initial value and development trend of harmonious passion,but have no significant impact on the initial value and development trend of compulsive passion.The results of this study expand the research on the entrepreneurial passion of female entrepreneurs from a dynamic perspective.It has certain value for the understanding of the entrepreneurial passion of female entrepreneurs and the predictive mechanism of failure fear and entrepreneurial effort on entrepreneurial passion.The innovation of this research lies in: First,based on the Vallerand passion dual model,a dynamic study of harmonious and compulsive passions of female entrepreneurs is conducted to explore the stability of their development trends.Secondly,it explores the influence mechanism of female entrepreneurs' fear of entrepreneurial failure on the development trend of harmonious passion and forced passion.Third,it explores the influence mechanisms of female entrepreneurs entrepreneurial efforts on the development trends of harmonious passion and compulsive passion.It provides new ideas for resolving academic disputes and expanding research on entrepreneurial passion.
