Korean Middle School Chinese classroom management problems often have a serious impact on Chinese teaching,but previous studies on Korean Middle School Chinese classroom management problems are very few.In order to further understand the current situation and problems of Chinese classroom management in Korean middle schools,this paper first conducted a questionnaire survey on Chinese teachers and Korean middle school students,also interviewed Chinese teachers in Korea.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire and interview results,this paper concludes that the main problems in Korean Middle School Chinese classroom management are disciplinary problems,disruptive problems,hidden problems and cultural conflict problems.These classroom management problems have the characteristics of universality,diversity and high frequency.Then the author mainly analyzes the causes of these classroom management problems from the internal and external factors.The internal factors are mainly from the emotional factors,cognitive factors,psychological factors and ability factors.The external factors are mainly from the cultural factors and environmental factors.Finally,according to the above analysis,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems of Chinese classroom management in Korean Middle Schools from the aspects of students,teachers and schools.
