Study On Family Foster Care Model Of Orphans And Disabled Children From The Perspective Of Social Ecosystem Theory

At present,there are about 8.88 million orphaned and disabled children in China,about 710000 in physical health,and nearly 8.17 million in disabled children.By collecting the number of children,we can see that the number of disabled children in China is 2 million,and there is a phenomenon of abandonment.Among them,the government child welfare home raised about 100000 orphans.At the same time,under the influence of welfare home care pressure,western welfare thought and "people-oriented",the traditional residential care centralized rearing mode is no longer suitable for the development of China's national conditions.China has been gradually recognized by our country in the process of implementing the foster care model from the traditional welfare home to the foster care model for the orphaned and disabled children.For example,in the development of rural model,the development of Beijing is the first,and in the development of urban model,the development of Shanghai is the first.In the process of developing the foster care model for orphaned and disabled children,the national model has achieved some results,but the problems of the family foster care model itself and the social resources support of the outside world have also emerged one after another,such as the selection of the applicant family by the Department of Social work.Application for family and in-hospital children matching,feedback and reward mechanism,as well as external social support and other issues need to improve the development of the model recommendations.This research takes the social ecosystem theory as the research angle,the X city village foster care base as the research object,carries on the concrete analysis from the microcosmic staff system,the mes-child welfare institution system,the appearance social organization system,the macro-government system.From the field research,this paper summarizes the achievements of the child care model in City X,and probes into the development of the nursing model in the welfare home.Based onthe analysis of the overall development of foster care model in L village,it was found that the children in L village had a higher rate of return,and that there were problems in foster care model itself.Therefore,based on the analysis of the causes from the perspective of social ecology,The main reason is the family foster care pattern design level and social support level problems.Based on the perspective of social ecosystem,this study puts forward corresponding optimization strategies for family foster care model design and social support: in the training stage,the micro-system should put forward per-training assessment needs for foster care workers;In the stage of assessment,trial raising and formal foster care,the mes-system shall formulate scientific and comprehensive criteria for the assessment of foster care families,make the selection accurate,extend the time of trial raising in children's welfare homes,improve the management system of the mes-system,and establish professional evaluation teams.Formulating reasonable evaluation criteria;At the level of social support,the appearance system should increase the participation of social organizations and strengthen the consolidation of social resources,and the macro-system should enact relevant laws and regulations.Policy,formulation of supporting policies.This paper concludes that the low success rate of family foster care model is due to the problems in the design of family foster care model and social support.Based on the integration and systematization of the social ecosystem,this paper points out the perfect development strategies for the foster care model of orphaned and disabled children.This article has carried on the systematic arrangement to the family mail mode optimization design implementation process.Generally speaking,there are still many deficiencies in the research of family foster care model,for example,there is little service in the family foster care level and lack of systematic understanding.Therefore,we should take the initiative to study the foster care model of rural families in different areas.
