Research On The Social Work Services Of Enterprise Retirees Under The Mode Of Government-Social Cooperation

With the continuous promotion of social management services for retirees in enterprises,social work service institutions began to intervene in this field to provide social work services.Taking x street in Beijing as an example,this thesis uses qualitative research methods to explore the social work services of retirees under the mode of political and social cooperation.The results show that,first of all,with the promotion of the socialized management and service of enterprise retirees,the burden of the streets and communities that undertake the socialized management and service of enterprise retirees is increasingly heavy,and the more diversified the demands of enterprise retirees are,the more difficult it is for the streets and communities to complete the increasingly heavy tasks and meet the more diversified demands of enterprise retirees,Therefore,the relevant government departments introduce social work services by purchasing service items,and form the social work services of enterprise retirees under the mode of political and social cooperation in the socialized management services of enterprise retirees.Secondly,the introduction of social work service in the mode of political and social cooperation in the socialized management service of enterprise retirees involves the government represented by the street social security agency and the social work service agency represented by social workers.In the process of providing social work services for social retirees,the two sides learn from each other,respect each other and communicate regularly,forming a relatively effective operation mechanism of social work services for social retirees.Third,the social retirees have the similar needs with the general elderly,but also the special needs from "unit person" to "community person".Social work service institutions provide social work services for social retirees from two aspects based on demand survey.On the one hand,it directly provides social work services such as psychological adjustment,community integration and physical health for the socialized retirees;on the other hand,it indirectly provides social work services for the socialized retirees by providing the service of improving the ability of the coordinator,cultivating the service team of incubation self-management organization,and building a display platform.Fourth,it is a new thing for social work service institutions to enter into the field of enterprise retirees’ socialized management and service after all.Although a relatively effective operation mechanism of socialized retirees’ social work service has been formed between the street social security office and social work service institutions and met their needs to a certain extent,social workers are directly or indirectly socialized retirees In the process of providing social work services,there are still some difficulties,such as the inability to give full play to professional autonomy,insufficient financial support,and the ability of social workers to be improved.In view of the above difficulties,this thesis proposes that we should make up for the shortcomings in the social work services of retired employees under the current political and social cooperation mode,give full play to the professional advantages of social work,increase the investment of special funds,and improve the professional level of social workers.
