Investigation On Social Re Adaptation Of Urban Retirees And Social Work Intervention

In recent years,the well-being of the middle-aged and elderly people has been more and more concerned by the public.In recent years,the adaptation to life is also an important part of social work in recent years.With the full development of China's economy and the acceleration of social rhythm,people's living standard has been greatly improved.Meanwhile,our country has entered an aging society.There will be more and more laid-off workers in the future.Many elderly people are going to retire.The mood of retirees is complex and may lead to life events of varying degrees.Due to the great changes in life style and working environment,retirees in China will feel overwhelmed by retirees and lead to emptiness,loneliness and loneliness.Great changes have been made in its own value and status,and it is difficult to adapt to this fall,which leads to a different degree of psychological problems.Therefore,it is necessary to understand their psychological state clearly and improve the psychological adaptability of the retirees in an all-round way.In this paper,through120 questionnaires to collect relevant information in the elderly after retirement,of which 114 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed,including the degree of their mental health,the influence factors on the health of the retired personnel psychology,mainly from their own analysis,family and social angle;do not adapt to the psychological characteristics of elderly life for retirees,such as loss of inferiority,loneliness,emptiness,nostalgia,imbalance and psychological,fear and anxiety,to respect the psychological analysis;according to Maslow's hierarchy of needs,the psychological respect,support,science,music,love,and to demand analysis and description of retirement;maladjustment and disorder from the micro,meso and describe the three aspects of external environment;from the two aspects of subjective and objective for the elderly List and explain the reasons for retirement issues;after retirement for life adaptation is a process,in accordance with the expectations of retirement,the adaptation period and stable period of four stages of retirement and adapt to the process of retirement after that;from home and abroad for the retired life back to treatment problems and solutions;social work intervention activities of a retired veteran cadres work by means of the case of active intervention,to furtherimprove the study of city elderly retirement issues.
