China has gradually entered an aging society,and the number of retirees has also increased accordingly,and the group of retirees is very special.This group is not only older and has poor physical conditions,but also has a series of special problems and needs compared with other groups.More importantly,the changes in social roles,living conditions and social status,as well as income,due to retirement,have made it impossible for retirees to accept this psychological gap for a short period of time,resulting in a series of psychological problems.Among them,enterprise retirees have more disadvantages than those who retire from government agencies and institutions.Therefore,we need to pay more attention to the physical and mental health of enterprise retirees after retirement,as well as to various issues,needs and so on.This article mainly aims at the group of enterprise retirees.Through a series of activities organized by M Social Work Office for the continued socialization of enterprise retirees to get a pattern about the continue socialization of enterprise retirees by social work professional intervention,and analyzes the existing problems in this pattern.Put forward the improvement suggestion,get a comparatively perfect pattern of enterprise retiree to continue socialized,and hope it could provide reference for more regions.This paper first points out the background of the research,the purpose and significance of this research,the research of related documents at home and abroad,and the main research methods of this paper.At the same time,it simply describes the research ideas of this paper.Then the paper analyzes the main problems and main needs of the group of enterprise retirees,including the problems of economic difficulties,physical health problems,mental health problems,and difficulties in adjusting to retirement life.The main needs of enterprise retirees include material needs,the need for living care,the need for psychological counseling,and the need to re-engage in social activities.Then the particularity and diversity of the group are analyzed.The group of enterprise retirees has its particularity because of their older age,poor physical conditions,huge changes in living environment,long free time,and more unstable protection than the institutions.At the same time,the group is diverse,with different retirement ages,length of retirement,different personalities,different children and different levels of education.Afterwards,taking M Social Work Office as an example,we described in detail a series of activities carried out by M Social Work Office about the continuing socialization of enterprise retirees.Including the selection and training of coordinators,the establishment of self-management organizations,the training of autonomous activities,the conduct of thematic activities,and the periodic re-education.Afterwards,the concept,main content,purpose and significance of these activities are described in detail.The positive effects of the pattern are analyzed.Then analyze and think about the problems existing in this pattern.The problems include the fact that social workers do not get the understanding and support of retired enterprise personnel,that the model is too demanding on the ability of retired enterprise personnel,that there is no corresponding incentive measure,and that they cannot meet the different needs of retired enterprise personnel at the same time.With regard to these issues,the analysis of improved methods mainly includes increasing publicity,improving the selection system and training mechanism for enterprise retirees,providing certain benefits for enterprise retirees,and further standardizing the organization of activities.In the end,the thesis is summarized by the conclusion.This article is intended to introduce M social work office through social work professional involvement in the pattern of continuing socialization of enterprise retirees,describe its main contents and working methods,and analyze its impact;At the same time,some problems are analyzed,the causes of the problems are found out,and the corresponding opinions and suggestions are put forward so as to improve the pattern.It is hoped that this pattern will be generalized and serve the group of retirees in more regions.
