Career services is an important part in the field of enterprise social work services,by applying the idea and practice method of enterprise social work in employee career services to help employees improve personal bad situation and their ability of career management and to strengthen the assurance of the staffs' well-being.As an emerging occupational group,corporate social responsibility(CSR)practitioners is faced with various traps in the development of their occupational career,which,however,can not be noticed by people..Firstly,by selecting ten CSR practitioners who are in the record of Enterprise Citizenship Committee and doing evaluations of their requirement,the study found that CSR practitioners needs to improve their ability of career regulation,enhance their professional skills,relieve the occupational stress and job burnout.Thus based on the career development theory and the theory of energized,this study uses the method of group work to carry out the services and evaluate the effect of intervention of enterprise social work.This study found that the enterprise social work's practical intervention has a significant effect on the issues of CSR practitioners career.On the one hand,team members have a deep understanding of their own characteristics,advantages,shortcomings,occupational interest and aptitude.Meanwhile,they deepen the self-conscious of personal and professional matching degree and improve the career planning and self-regulation ability.On the other hand,they enhance the professional skills through the study of the theoretical knowledge and the skills of project planning.Group activities also make team members found their social supporting system and discover their own advantages of resources to achieve the state of self-energized.At the same time,they also can learn to relieve the occupational stress and job burnout,with positive attitude to meet occupational challenges.At the end,there is a reflection and summary on the intervention of enterprise social work services.This group design should be comprehensive,scientific and reasonable.During the process of the group implementation,the team resources sharing and the self-potential ability observation should be paid more attention.At the same time,the career and energized theory should be combined with the practices;On the using of methods,group work should combine with the method of individual work and community work to have a good function.We can also introduce NGO organizations and cooperate with the corporate managers to establish the mechanism of object tracking assessment so that the quality of service can be more effective.
