The Changes Of The Social Work Services Operation Pattern And Its Optimization

After entering twenty-first Century, China’s economic, social, dramatic changes in various aspects of culture, with the transformation of social structure, with all kinds of social problems, the government management mode has not adapted to the original form of the problem. The traditional government supply of social services has been increasingly unable to meet the people of diverse service requirements. In this situation, the relative diversification provided by professional organizations, a full range of social services to a certain extent to meet the needs of people, and at the same time, the government service function transfer and outsourcing is possible, in the service delivery and arrival process, social service project operation is particularly important, and the operation in the process of multilateral cooperation model in the project is worth studying.In our country, the process of the operation of social work services as everyone knows, the government plays the leading role absolutely, but on the other project partners involved in the operation is rarely mentioned. This paper attempts to analyze the government in addition to the role in the social work service project operation in the location and interests, but also through the case study the operation process of social work services in other cooperative units in which the role and orientation of interests, in order to understand the roles and positioning of the parties to the present social work service project operation process, and tries to find out the optimal allocation mode of operation of the project from the sunny mother ", provide a useful theoretical support and in order to experience other social work service in China project operation practice.Papers from the five parts of social work services operation pattern change and its optimization in this:the first part is the introduction part of this article, mainly introduced the research origin, research purpose, research significance, literature review and theoretical perspectives and research methods. The fourth part introduces the social organization leading multi-party cooperation under the status quo, respectively from the government, social organizations, enterprises from three aspects discusses the division of its role in the project operation and positioning. The fifth part is the reflection to the existing each other cooperation mode with "sunshine mother" project, the optimal operation model.In this paper show that is dominated by the social organization of social work services operation has its necessity, feasibility and rationality of existence and development, in the process of the government and social organizations should strengthen synergies, and enterprises and other social organizations to jointly promote the institutionalization and standardization development of social work service project operating. Because the research methods, the limitations of the research object, research data, papers deficiency is obviously, all these deficiencies expectations in future follow-up study can be further resolved.
