With the development of the times,strengthen the labor education of primary and secondary schools of the growing importance of however,influenced by many factors,the current primary school labor education is faced with many problems,such as the primary way of labor education theory of single heavy light practice,so to speak,such as lack of innovation and time these problems lead to the alienation of labor value,at the same time,a serious impediment to the growth of adolescent physical and mental health.Because of this,this research will be primary way of labor education as the breakthrough point,using the method of questionnaire investigation depth interviews,classroom observation to xi ’an five primary school as a case study practice,based on a questionnaire of elementary school students and their parents and teachers one-on-one interviews,specific implementation of labor education concrete way since primary school students accept labor frequency and effect of education student labor in a life in three dimensions to investigate and collect the research materials and data,to understand the current situation of the primary way of labor education in our country This paper analyzes the causes of the problems,and then seeks the strategies to improve the way of primary school students’ labor education,so as to promote the comprehensive and healthy development of students.This thesis mainly includes the following four parts:The first part is the introductory theory,which incorporates the reason for choosing the topic,the research for theoretical and practical significance,the concept,the definition of the literature review research problems and methods,etc.,It is the basis of the following research,including theoretical and practical research.The second chapter is the second part,this paper analyzes the policy changes of primary school labor education from the national and Xi’an city.The third part of the paper’s third and fourth chapter,through questionnaire and interview method to investigate students’ parents and teachers,the author in the way of labor education family way of labor education and labor education outside the way,so as to extract primary problems existing in the way of labor education by investigating discovery:teacher’s lack of knowledge of labor education and labor education campus facilities of the limitations of primary way of labor education is the direct cause of monotonous and lack of innovation,and less chance of organized labor education and family face-to-face hold back labor education environment is a potential cause of the poor performance of labor education.The fourth part is the fifth chapter,according to the above problem,this study respectively from the perfect way of labor education policies and regulations and the establishment of institutional guarantee to encourage schools to broaden the implementation of labor education and innovation way to change the family members of the labor education ideas to strengthen schools and families as well as between social four aspects,the author put forward the strategy of the optimization of primary way of labor education. |
