Working hands can turn stones into gold,and non-working hands will turn gold into stone.In other words,labor is the fundamental force that promotes social development,and labor education is an important condition for cultivating "labor hands." With the advent of the new era,labor education has become the primary requirement for cultivating all-round socialist builders and successors,and labor education resources are the basic conditions to ensure the smooth implementation of labor education.By improving the use of labor education resources,there are Conducive to promoting the implementation of primary school labor education.This research comprehensively uses the literature method,observation method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,and based on the two theories of Marx’s overall development theory and Noddings’ caring theory,it investigates the practical dilemma of the use of labor education resources in Primary School A in order to Analyze the practical difficulties and influencing factors in the utilization of primary school labor education resources from multiple angles and angles,and strive to construct corresponding paths.After consulting other documents related to labor education and education resources,this research compiled the "Observation Form for the Utilization of Labor Education Resources in Primary Schools",the "Questionnaire on the Utilization of Labor Education Resources in Primary Schools(Student Papers)" and "Primary Schools "Interview outline for the utilization of labor education resources",using SPSS22.0 and Excel to process the raw data obtained,from the knowledge of labor education classes,awareness of the use of labor education resources,the degree of utilization of labor education resources,and the use of labor education resources.Analysis of the actual situation of the utilization of labor education resources in primary schools from four perspectives,and found that the utilization of labor education resources in our country is not strong enough,the effectiveness of labor education resource utilization needs to be improved,and labor education resource utilization methods are too strong.Single dilemma.After analysis,it is inseparable from the policy interpretation,the influence of traditional concepts,the influence of material conditions,and the understanding of teaching goals.In order to change this real dilemma,from the teacher’ s point of view,a study policy was constructed to enrich the understanding of the connotation of labor education courses;concentrate on research to enhance the awareness of the use of labor education resources;broaden the horizons and improve the effectiveness of the use of labor education resources;clarify goals and improve The path of the utilization of labor education resources to jointly create a better labor education life.
