With the depending of Chinese market economic development,the problem of urban poverty has become increasingly prominent,and gradually become an important factor affecting social harmony and stability.The minimum living security system of the city,as the last safety net of the society,guarantees the basic survival of the poor families,but the family poverty and the various unfavorable factors have caused many far-reaching negative effects on the growth of children and adolescents.In this study,under the guidance of the theory of resilience,this paper conducts a qualitative analysis of the cases of three types of teenagers of urban low-income families,including those who are poor in family function,lack of support network and lack of personal abilities,and those trapped in academic pressure and lack of motivation.This paper will present various growth difficulties of those teenagers,explore the process and effectiveness of case intervention,and explore how social workers promote the protective factors that can help teenagers under unfavorable condition get positive growth,stimulate resilience of the teenagers and achieve physical and mental healthy growth.The study finds that the integrated social work intervention model under the strengths perspective is the common model of the current social casework intervention in the urban low-income families.The social worker,as a professional,establish a trust relationship with the adolescents,help them to enhance personal human capital from a developmental perspective,establish a social support network of family,peer groups,schools and other social resources,which is an effective path to enhance the adolescents' resilience and achieve physical and mental health growth.This study also advocates that future social work services and research will require long-term follow-up in order to achieve true poverty alleviation and precision poverty alleviation for families with low risk factors in life.
