With the continuous influence of the digital era and the global era,the Internet+education,classroom revolution,education information and so on have become the important thrust of educational and teaching reform practice in schools of all levels and types.At the same time,the epidemic situation caused by novel coronavirus has pushed the reform of information-based teaching to an unprecedented height.No matter the universities,primary and secondary schools have started the exploration and research of information-based teaching actively or passively.Blend learning mode,as a new product of information-based teaching mode,it provides a new direction for teaching reform.This paper takes the application of blend learning mode in aerobics teaching in ordinary colleges and universities as the research object.By using the method of literature review,this paper analyzes and summarizes the related research and theories on blend learning mode at home and abroad.By using the interview method,teachers who have been engaged in teaching dance courses for many years in the Physical Education Institute of Shaanxi Normal University are asked to understand the current teaching situation of dance courses in this college and their understanding and views on information-based teaching reform and blend learning mode.Using logical analysis method,the experiment of blend learning mode in aerobics teaching was designed.Using the methods of teaching experiment and questionnaire,the author conducts an experimental study on aerobics,a public physical education course in Shaanxi Normal University.Using the method of mathematical statistics,statistics and analysis of relevant data.The aim is to explore the experimental effect of blend learning mode in aerobics teaching in ordinary colleges and universities.Through the research the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)The blend learning mode has certain applicability in calisthenics teaching practice in ordinary colleges and universities,which is conducive to enriching calisthenics teaching mode and promoting calisthenics teaching reform and physical education teaching reform.(2)The blend learning mode is conducive to improving students’ learning enthusiasm and autonomy.(3)The blend learning mode plays a certain role in improving students’physical quality.(4)Blend learning mode helps to enhance students’ learning satisfaction.(5)The blend learning mode is helpful for students to firmly master aerobics technical movements.According to the above research results,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Relevant departments of the school need to further improve the network environment and teaching environment to provide a sound material basis for the effective implementation of the hybrid teaching mode.(2)Students need to change their learning concept,enhance their comprehensive learning ability and improve their learning effect in an all-round way.(3)Teachers need to optimize the design and implementation of the hybrid teaching mode in order to comprehensively improve students’ satisfaction with the hybrid teaching mode.(4)In the process of physical fitness training,teachers should arrange exercise positions,exercise intensity and exercise density in a targeted way to enhance students’ physical quality in an all-round way.(5)In the teaching process,teachers need to improve their information literacy and comprehensive teaching ability,comprehensively improve teaching ability,optimize teaching effect and improve teaching quality. |
