“Learning before teaching” teaching mode refers to the students' s self learning and practicing in the whole process,which teachers make rules to lead students' s self-learning and to develop their self-regulated learning and cooperative learning abilities based on the characteristics of the teaching goal,teaching content and other external factors before the class.With the development of information technology,the time of Internet came to our lives.The information spread more faster.Aerobics is popular with students and the masses as it is easy and simple to play.Then we can use the Internet to learn the aerobics autonomously,which was the basic condition for implementing the “learning before teaching”teaching mode in Ordinary Colleges.This study takes the application of the“learn after teaching” teaching mode into aerobics elective courses in Ordinary Colleges as the object for the research.And the thesis employs the method of documentary,expert interviews,questionnaire and investigation,teaching experiments and mathematical statistics.Then the thesis chooses two classes from ten classes in Grade 2014 who have the similar quality by pretesting in Shanxi Normal University Of Modern Arts and Sciences.Through the teaching experiments for 17 weeks,this thesis aims to explore the teaching method,learning and teaching effect under the situation of putting the“learning before teaching” teaching mode into the aerobics elective courses in Ordinary Colleges.The thesis draws a primary conclusion as follows: 1.The application of “learning before teaching” teaching mode in aerobics elective courses in the Ordinary Colleges can help students to grasp the skill movements of aerobics better,which has a active impact on the improvement of the student's autonomous ability for self-learning.Their interests for aerobics has improved significantly.2.After the implementation of the “learning before teaching” teaching mode,students' physical quality from the experimental class has significantly improved.The results of physical qualities in the independent T-test were P < 0.05 before and after the experiment,which has to do with the implementation of the “learning before teaching” teaching mode.While the students' physical quality from the comparative classes is different clearly before and after the experiment in 800/1000 tests.The effects on 50 meters,standing long jump and sit-and-reach are not significant,which has to do with the courses arrangement under the traditional sports teaching mode.In this case,the students could not cultivate good sports habits,which leads to the students' an indistinctive progress from the control class.3.In the process of teaching aerobics elective courses in Ordinary Colleges,the implementation of the “learning before teaching” teaching mode helps students to improve self-efficacy.After the experiment,students' self-efficacy ten indexes exist significant differences between the experimental classes and control classes,which mainly reflect in the flexible motion,sports ability,a sense of pride for doing sports,perseverance,beyond oneself and so on.The students from the experimental classes overcame the difficulties from themselves and the outside world in the process of “preview”.By initiative and cooperative study,it helps to improve the student's ability of autonomous learning;Cooperation and competition between groups,presentation in class assist experimental students to improve their learning interests.It promotes the implement of the “learning before teaching” teaching model in Shanxi Normal University Of Modern Arts and Sciences.4.After the implement of “learning before teaching”,students from the experimental class make great progress in aerobics techniques and aerobics five evaluation indexes.Among them,expression is extremely improved.The fluency of action,rhythm,harmony and correctness increased significantly.
