School physical education reform bears an important mission under the background of education modernization and the deeper and stronger implementation of quality-oriented education in the new era.According to the current situation of physical education teaching in China,teaching workers promote teaching reform by improving teaching methods and means and innovating teaching modes.Aerobics is an important part of school physical education teaching,which is a practical course emphasizing the combination of theoretical knowledge and skill application.PBL teaching mode is a teacher-led,problem-based,student-oriented,and cooperative inquiry-centered teaching mode.In this study,the PBL teaching mode is applied in the teaching of Aerobics to discuss whether this teaching mode is suitable for the general courses in colleges and universities,which aims at improving the teaching effect and quality of the course,enriching the theoretical research results of aerobics teaching,and providing the theoretical reference for the application of PBL teaching mode in other subjects.In order to verify the PBL teaching mode in college aerobics teaching effect,analyze the PBL teaching mode and traditional teaching mode to improve students’ interest in learning,learning ability,physical quality and the effect of aerobics skills.The method of literature review is used to get the theories,the methods and the information for reference to analyze the basic theories and the previous teaching models of PBL teaching mode.The experimental design of PBL teaching mode applied in the Aerobics teaching in colleges and universities is made based on the advice of experts and professors as well as the characteristics of PBL teaching mode through the interview survey method.The test indicators and indicators measurement tools are selected to be suitable for the experimental variables.This study uses the teaching experiment method to take the students of two classes of 2020 aerobics general course in the School of Physical Education of Jining University as the experimental objects.The PBL teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode are respectively used for intervention teaching,and the operational experimental research on the teaching process is carried out.After the experiment,the students’ learning interest,learning ability,physical quality and skills learning effect are measured and analyzed,among which the learning interest and ability are measured by using the relevant scales in psychological measurement;The data from the experiment are calculated and analyzed by using the mathematical statistics method to get the research results.The following conclusions are drawn by using the logical analysis method.1.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,PBL teaching mode is applied in aerobics teaching,which can improve students’ interest in aerobics learning.2.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,PBL teaching mode is applied in aerobics teaching,which has a significant effect on promoting students autonomous learning ability,cooperation ability and problem-solving ability.PBL teaching mode can better improve students’ learning ability.3.The students’ physical qualities have been all improved to some extent in aerobics teaching by using the PBL teaching mode as well as the traditional teaching mode.4.PBL teaching mode is applied in aerobics teaching,which can improve students’ aerobics skills performance with a better effect than the traditional teaching mode.Based on the experimental results,the following suggestions are proposed:1.The implementation of PBL teaching mode in aerobics teaching has relatively high requirements on teachers’ theoretical level and teaching level.It is suggested that teachers should constantly strengthen their theoretical learning and improve their teaching level to ensure the implementation of the teaching mode.2.In the teaching process,teachers should be aware of the change and positioning of their roles,from a subject teacher to a guide,a helper to a facilitator.Meanwhile,students should change their role from passive learners to active learners.3.When teachers choose teaching methods for teaching,they have certain flexibility and selectivity.They should fully consider the characteristics of various sports,the characteristics of certain technical actions,physical and mental characteristics of teaching objects,and teaching objectives and contents,and rationally choose the corresponding teaching mode to improve the teaching effect.
