The time is changing,the teaching is in the renewal,is our country to the student education work is constantly advancing.In order to make students become talents with all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor,the state advocates to respect students’ personality differences and teach students according to their aptitude.However,the traditional calisthenics elective course teaching on the basis of most of the students is the case,the establishment of unified teaching target,teaching content,teaching process and teaching evaluation,to a certain extent,ignored the students’ individual character development,and common in the low level students to complete learning goals,high level students to carry on the deep study hard.In the long run,students’ interest in learning will be greatly reduced,and the differences between learning will be more significant.But the difference teaching bases on the student’s individuality difference,satisfies the student’s individual study need,promotes the student to obtain the maximum development on the original foundation.It not only pays attention to the individual differences of students,but also highlights the common development of students,gradually reduces the differences between students and makes up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching.According to the theoretical basis of difference teaching and the differences of students’ personalities,the corresponding teaching scheme is designed.According to the physical quality of the design of the three levels of high,medium and low comparative analysis,to see the difference of teaching on different levels of students impact effect,in the hope of difference in the calisthenics teaching in the application of a certain amount of experimental and theoretical basis.The object of this study is the application of differential teaching in aerobics elective course in universities.Before the teaching experiment,the students’ personality differences were measured first,and then the elastic grouping was carried out according to the concept of difference teaching and the characteristics of aerobics.Then,according to the theoretical basis of difference teaching and the characteristics of calisthenics teaching,the teaching objectives,teaching strategies,teaching methods,teaching media and teaching evaluation that are suitable for students’ development are designed.Finally,through the classroom observation and the test of each index,the paper analyzes the effect of difference teaching on the calisthenics elective course in colleges and universities.In this paper,Liaocheng University in 2019-2020,the first semester of Elective Aerobics students as the experimental object,using literature,questionnaire survey,interview and experimental methods,mathematical statistics,select college students sports learning dynamic regulation system,standing long jump,sit ups,sit forward bending,800 meters and the final aerobics technical assessment as the experimental test items.After the experiment,the data of experimental class,control class and students at three levels were analyzed,Come to the conclusion: The difference teaching has the positive effect to the student’s sports learning motive adjustment system;Difference teaching can promote the development of students’ physical quality;Difference teaching can better help students master calisthenics techniques;Difference teaching has different effects on students of different levels.
