At the beginning of the 21 st century,the "Guidelines for Teaching Physical Education Courses in Ordinary Higher Education Institutions" issued by the Ministry of Education of China mentioned that teaching methods should focus on personalization and diversification,continuously improving students’ enthusiasm and ability to learn and practice independently.How to stimulate students’ enthusiasm and enhance their ability to learn and practice independently has become an urgent problem to be solved in the teaching of physical education courses in universities.Task Driven(TBL)teaching method is a teaching method that is task oriented and driven,guided by teachers,task centered,and task completion as the learning process,allowing students to master learning,acquire knowledge and skills during the task completion process.This teaching method emphasizes students’ autonomous learning and has the potential to solve the problem of low learning enthusiasm among students in physical education teaching in universities.At present,although TBL teaching method is widely used in various disciplines,there is less research on aerobics teaching in colleges and universities.Therefore,this paper will use the task driven(TBL)teaching method based on We Chat platform in the aerobics elective course of ordinary colleges and universities,from the physical quality of students,the quality of complete sets of movements,learning interest,self-confidence and other aspects,and explore the feasibility and teaching effect of the TBL teaching method based on We Chat platform in the aerobics teaching in colleges and universities.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,expert interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,and experiments.It takes the application of TBL teaching method based on We Chat platform in aerobics elective courses in ordinary colleges and universities as the research object.It takes 4 classes(control group,25 people)and 3 classes(experimental group,25 people)of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts 2021 aerobics elective courses as the experimental objects,and conducts a 15 week teaching experiment.The control group uses the traditional teaching method,The experimental group adopts the TBL teaching method based on We Chat platform.After the teaching experiment,compare and analyze the various data of the two classes of students before and after the experiment.The research results showed that after the experiment,there were significant differences in the performance of standing long jump and sitting forward flexion between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05);The total score of aerobics in the experimental group was3.86 points higher than that in the control group(P<0.01);The learning interest of the experimental group was on average 13.6 points higher than that of the control group(P<0.01);The total confidence score of the experimental group was 0.21 points higher on average than that of the control group(P<0.01);Therefore,the following conclusion is drawn:1.After the experiment,the test results of Standing long jump and sitting forward bending of the experimental group students’ physical quality have significantly improved,which indicates that the improvement of students’ aerobics technology has a positive effect on promoting the strength and flexibility of lower limbs.2.The TBL teaching method based on We Chat platform has effectively improved the proficiency,standardization,creativity,and overall performance of the complete set.The positive impact on students’ learning interest is mainly reflected in three dimensions: positive emotions,autonomy and exploration,and sports participation.The positive effect on enhancing students’ self-confidence is clearly reflected in the dimensions of overall confidence,academic confidence,and social confidence.3.In the context of the epidemic,the timing of classroom teaching is full of uncertainty.Utilizing We Chat platform for online and offline combined teaching enriches teaching content,enables timely information push,and improves the timeliness of feedback.Students are more willing to participate in teaching,and their recognition of classroom teaching is high,which has strong practical significance.
