Modern Poetry is an important and essential treasure in the history of Chinese literature.The literature of Modern Poetry has a positive impact on edifying sentiment,reflecting the idea of aesthetic conception and improving the core quality of Chinese about junior school students.In 2017,the unified compiled teaching materials for junior middle school students compiled by the Ministry of Education were released and used.Compared with the PEP(People's Education Press)edition of Chinese textbooks,the unified compiled teaching materials has made great adjustments and optimizations,which reflects different writing characteristics and compiling concept,in the selection and arrangement of modern poetry.In view of the use of the less time,there is still few research data concerning this textbook and the selection and arrangement of modern poetry about new textbook,and even less research materials on the anthology of modern poetry in the new textbook,therefore this paper has important theoretical significance.In addition,the research on the selection and arrangement about the unified compiled teaching materials modern poetry has great practical significance,which enhances teachers' comprehension about this new textbook,makes teaching design,utilizes textbook reasonably and improve teaching efficiency notably.At the same time,the instructional alignment made by teachers to the new textbook can help students taste poet's sensibility,realize the beauty of images,and improve rich imagination and creativity concerning students.In order to make a comprehensive analysis of the status about the unified compiled teaching materials,the paper analyzes the characteristics and ideas concerning the selection and arrangement of modern poetry in new textbooks,by using literature research method,comparative research method and analysis method,using six new textbooks as object of study,comparing with PEP teaching material published in 2013.Then based on the new changes,there are some recommendations to teachers.This paper is divided into three parts as introduction,the body,and the conclusion.In introduction part,this essay analyzes the origin and significance of this research and probes research value of this paper from the theoretical and realistic aspects to the theory.Then,this paper introduces present status from three aspects:Chinese textbook,the unified compiled teaching materials and the selection of modern poetry.Finally,this thesis illustrates research methods and explains basic concepts referring to this paper.In the first part of body,the paper,concerning the text-selection system,the knowledge system,the reading-aid system of the Chinese textbook about the unified compiled teaching materials,explores the actuality of selection and arrangement about the new textbooks.In order to show the selection actuality of new textbooks,this paper divides modern poetry the unified compiled teaching materials into four respects:quantity,subject,countries®ions and time.The actuality of selection is:there are 20 poetry which have increased 1;the themes mainly focus on five aspects and need some expansion;the number of Chinese poetry is as three times as foreign poetry;it spans 70 years from 1910 to 1980 and mainly from 1930 to 1940.Next,the text-selection system is divided into three sections:marked words,explanatory note and illustration.finally,exploring the new changes of the reading-aid system by analyzing specific articles from this new textbook.In the second part of body,after analyzing the selection of the textbooks above,drawing conclusions of the unified compiled teaching materials about modern poetry:the arrangement of the units in two ways;the gap from self-reading text and teaching text is be widened;the arrangement is reasonable,concerning the activities and inquiry unit and the masterpiece reading-guide.There also have some ideas about compilation:laying particular stress on foster character and civic virtue and Chinese accomplishment constructing reading system.The characters and ideas of compilation embody the new changes of this new textbook about modern poetry.In the third part of body,this paper enumerates advantage and disadvantage points according to status analysis above.Then,based on the new changes of selection and arrangement from this textbook,offering the proposals to teachers when they use the textbook to teach.According to the gap from self-reading text and teaching text is be widened,proposing that distinguish the type of the course to cultivate students'independent-study ability.According to the arrangement of activities and inquiry unit and the masterpiece reading-guide,proposing that utilize them to development and increase the level of thought.According to value the raise of reading aloud,which appears in "preview" and the text-selection system about the activities and inquiry unit,proposing that strengthen guide about read to feel the feelings of poetry.According to valuing Chinese accomplishment concerning the unified compiled teaching materials,proposing that explain literature reasonably and calculate poetry explanation ability to increase students' language proficiency and attainment.The conclusion part introduces the main content of this paper and puts forward some thinking of the shortages.
