Hierarchical and progressive teaching is a way of advancing students according to their aptitude,making individual breakthroughs and promoting the whole,thereby improving the overall quality of teaching.It aims at coordinating the contradiction between teacher’s teaching and student’s learning.This kind of teaching is closely linked with the "people-oriented" educational concept,which highlights the humanistic care for students.Today,with the implementation of quality education and the reform of the new curriculum,the concepts of "establishing virtue" and "student-oriented development" have been deeply rooted in the people’s minds.Educators pay more attention to the individual of students while pursuing the overall improvement of students’ overall quality and ability development of.Aiming at the phenomenon of "difficult to learn and difficult to teach" and "high consumption and low efficiency" in the teaching of Chinese prose in high Chinese,teachers thought of implementing hierarchical progressive teaching to stimulate students’ enthusiasm for classical Chinese learning at different levels and enhance the teaching efficiency of classical Chinese prose classroom.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the strategies of hierarchical and progressive teaching in the teaching of high Chinese prose class.Through the use of literature analysis method,case study method,interview method and classroom observation method during internship,it is found that teachers’ application of layered progressive teaching in classical Chinese prose teaching mainly focuses on question layering,evaluation layering and assignment layering However,there are cases where the implementation is insufficient and the implementation is not in place,and some front-line teachers also indicate that there are problems such as not knowing how to carry out target stratification and classroom stratification.In view of this,combined with the requirements of the core literacy and curriculum objectives of the General High School Chinese Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition),combined with the important position of classical Chinese prose in teaching and the integration of classical Chinese in all aspects of classical Chinese,essay,literature,and culture The content elaborates the characteristics of classical Chinese prose and the reason why it is suitable to use layered progressive teaching.After in-depth understanding of the application status of layered progressiveteaching in classical Chinese prose,the problems and problems in the implementation of layered progressive teaching are thoroughly explored,and corresponding strategies are proposed.First of all,it starts with the preparation before teaching,that is,the students’ layered progressive strategy and the target layered progressive strategy.Then it starts from the teaching layered.It mainly talks about the class teaching layered progressive strategy and the question layered progressive strategy.,Evaluate layered progressive strategy and job layered progressive strategy.After each strategy is put forward,it is analyzed and evaluated in combination with the related classical Chinese prose teaching cases.Finally,the research results of this article are briefly summarized,and the shortcomings and precautions in the implementation are put forward,as well as the prospect of further research in the future. |
