In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the research of kindergarten teachers' game observation behavior at home and abroad.Pre-school education focuses on the development of activities,children's own experience,and individual differences in children,In the whole process of game activities,teachers need to observe children continuously and seriously all the time.This study is divided into five parts:The first part is to raise the question,mainly for a series of specific explanations on the research reasons,the definition of the core concepts and the research design.The second part is literature review,which includes teacher observation,teacher effective observation behavior and role-playing activities to conduct and guide relevant research;it focuses on the research progress at home and abroad and the main content and importance of this research.The third part is the theory and analysis,which determines the theoretical basis of this study.It uses a variety of methods to comprehensively analyze the current situation of teachers' observation behavior in kindergarten color game activities,in order to explore the problems of teachers' observation behavior in five kindergartens in D City in teaching practice.The fourth part is data and data analysis.It mainly analyzes the questionnaire survey data and interview data.The researchers distributed 110 questionnaires,interviewed 20 teachers,and focused on the observation behavior of 6 teachers in the mid-level role game activities.The observation behavior problems of kindergarten teachers in City D include unclear observation targets and lack of observation plans;the focus of teacher observation is not prominent,and the observation content is not specific enough;the teacher observation record lacks objectivity,and the observation materials lack scientificity;the teacher observation behavior feedback is insufficient,and the teacher Lack of use of observations.Aiming at the observation and exploration of middle-class role game activities,this study analyzes teacher observation behavior from the perspe ctives of feasibility,effectiveness and operability,reflects in practice and summarizes the research in order to optimize teacher observation behavior in role game activities.The fifth part is the conclusion of the study.This part mainly summarizes the previous research and analysis,the mid-term practical exploration and the later thinking and reflection,and puts forward the educational thinking and suggestions related to the observation of the kindergarten role-playing activities from the kindergarten and teachers,so as to provide some reference for the observation of the kindergarten teachers in the role-playing activities.Based on this,this study studied the observation behavior of 110 teachers in the role game activities of 5 kindergartens in D city through the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,education observation method and case analysis met hod.Through field surveys and questionnaires and interviews,combined with further practical exploration and theoretical analysis,this paper puts forward relevant strategies to optimize the observation behavior of teachers in role-playing activities in the middle class,in order to solve the observation problems existing in kindergarten teachers' observation,enhance their observation awareness,improve their observation ability and education skills,so as to promote their professional level development and children's physical and mental harmony development...
