In the current professional development of kindergarten teachers,teachers' observation and analysis ability is the prerequisite guarantee to promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers and realize the specialization of kindergarten teachers.Children's basic activities during games and one of the forms of games often played by children during outdoor role games in kindergartens.Children express their desire for freedom and independent activities through outdoor independent games and creative games.Among them,teachers' observation of outdoor role games is a real bridge connecting the needs of children's games and teachers' education,promoting teachers' understanding of children's game behavior development and game level development in outdoor role games,and helping teachers to formulate teaching methods and put in game materials in time.Teachers' observation behavior in kindergarten outdoor role games refers to kindergarten teachers' observation of children's games in specific game situations.This research studies the present situation of teachers' observation behavior in kindergarten outdoor role games through observation,interview and case analysis.Kindergarten Z is selected as the research object,and non-participation observation is adopted for formal observation for 3 months.Typical cases are collected.Ten teachers in the kindergarten are selected as the interview object,semi-structured interviews are conducted,and 50 observation records of teachers' outdoor role games are collected.This paper analyzes the current situation,problems and causes of teachers' observation behavior,summarizes the existing problems of teachers' observation behavior,and puts forward appropriate solutions in order to optimize teachers' observation behavior and improve teachers' observation ability.This paper describes the current situation of teachers' observation behavior in Z kindergarten from the following aspects: Teachers' understanding of observation behavior,the establishment of observation purpose,the selection of observation content,the use of observation methods,and the writing of observation records.The following problems are found: Teachers' understanding of observation behavior is biased and lack of motivation;the awareness of observation goal is not strong In order to improve the observation behavior of teachers in outdoor role games,this paper puts forward corresponding measures from two aspects: teachers themselves and Kindergartens: to promote kindergarten teaching Teachers' observation ability development;reasonable arrangement of teachers' observation plan;kindergartens should create a good observation environment.
