| With the deepening reform of basic education,preschool education,as the starting point of basic education,is the key point to accelerate the reform process.The education starting from observation of children is in line with the child-oriented education concept advocated by modern kindergartens.Therefore,kindergarten teachers,as the backbone,improve their professional literacy is one of the key elements,among which children’s behavioral observation literacy is the necessary professional literacy of kindergarten teachers.This paper focuses on the front-line teachers in Xi ’an kindergartens,using questionnaire survey as the main research method,and combining interview method as a supplementary method.The questionnaire used in this study was revised on teacher Huang Chengjia’s questionnaire with suggestions from tutors,experts and frontline backbone teachers,and the final formal questionnaire was formed through project analysis,exploratory factor analysis and reliability and validity test.This questionnaire is used to investigate and study the status quo of children’s behavioral observation literacy of kindergarten teachers in Xi ’an.Specifically from the kindergarten teachers observation cognition and understanding,awareness and attitude of observation,observation knowledge and observation ability,as well as teachers’ children’s behavior observation accomplishment on the whole.SPSS26.0 measurement and statistical software was used to process the collected data,and combined with the interview data,the differences of kindergarten teachers’ observation literacy of children’s behavior and four dimensions in gender,education background,age,teaching age,nature of different kindergartens,different grades of kindergartens,different titles and different positions were analyzed.It is concluded that the observation accomplishment of children’s behavior of xi ’an kindergarten teachers is at a medium level,and the development of each dimension is not balanced.Through the investigation of the current situation,the specific problems are found,including:kindergarten teachers’ insufficient understanding of children’s behavioral observation literacy,a large gap between observation cognition and reality,observation attitude and consciousness need to be further corrected,lack of systematic knowledge of professional observation and professional observation ability to be improved,etc.For the problems existing in the observation literacy of children’s behavior of kindergarten teachers in Xi ’an city,this paper analyzes the influencing factors from the support of the external environment,the internal environment of kindergartens and the kindergarten teachers themselves,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the improvement of these three aspects.About the external environment: optimize the enrollment,evaluation and assessment system of kindergarten teachers;About the internal environment of the kindergarten: to create a good management and study atmosphere,improve the post-employment training system;About kindergarten teachers themselves: strengthen the construction of normal education,establish the consciousness of lifelong self-learning. |
