| Since the early 1980s,our country has gradually entered the urbanization development stage.Large numbers of farmers leave off the land which they have been cultivated for generations,and went to the big cities to make a living.However,because of the poor economy conditions and our country’s strict household registration system,many people have to leave their children in rural areas.So there are many left-behind children.As time goes on,there are many left-behind children appears in the rural schools.Now there is a question waiting to be answered:what kind of challenges are this situation brings to the teacher’s role in rural schools?Based on the consideration on this,the research put forward to the core question issue——Teachers role dislocation and return.This study tries to explore the current status of rural left-behind children education from the teacher’s role perspective.In order to answer this question,the researcher applied quantitative method.At the same time,the research collect the policy about the left-behind children,teachers and schools to approve the view.Besides the instruction,this paper includes three parts.In the first part,this paper carding the teachers role in Pedagogic,the education law,and the left-behind children,which aims to sure the teachers role in school.Firstly,the researcher make a description of the development of the teachers role.Then the paper analysis the teacher’s role in the education law.According to this,this paper aims to clear the teacher’s ideal role.In the second part,this paper presents the current station of the teacher’s role.Based on the needs of the left-behind children,this paper tries to distinguish several kinds of teaches’ role dislocation.And it can make us clear how the teacher’s role is dislocated.At last,this paper analysis the reason of the dislocation of the teacher’s role and give some reasons. |
