As the reserve of the scientific research talents in our country,the graduate students undertake the historical responsibility of cultural inheritance,knowledge innovation and service to the society.However,with the expansion of the enrollment of graduate students,the quality of graduates has been questioned by all walks of life.The influence of the background of the times,the environment of universities and the positioning of self-roles of graduate students have caused their own roles to be blurred or even misplaced.It affects the practice of the active role of graduate students as "researcher".This research is based on the theory of social role,according to the orientation of the training objectives of graduate students in the regulations of the people's Republic of China on degrees,and clarifies the proper role of graduate students,which is also the theoretical basis of this study.Then it analyzes the realistic representation of the role dislocation of graduate students comprehensively,and probes into the causes of the role imbalance by combining the internal and external factors analysis method,and puts forward the feasible strategy for how to adjust the role of the graduate student effectively.The main content of this paper is divided into the following three parts:In the first part,the role of academic graduate students should be clarified according to the cultural construction of colleges and related documents.Master's students aim to cultivate "master of solid basic theory and systematic professional knowledge;" A person who has the ability to engage in scientific research or undertake technical work independently "highlights the status of" researcher "as a graduate student.According to this,this paper defines the role of" academic person "as" academic person ".In addition,according to the definition of the word "academic" and the setting of "ideal person" in the "three-dimensional goal" advocated by the new curriculum reform,the author thinks that the academic graduate students should have a solid knowledge reserve and engage in academic subjects.Research ability,good academic character.The second part,combining observation and interview data,analyzes the realistic representation of postgraduates' role disorder.Mainly embodied in the lack of academic master's knowledge reserve,weak professional knowledge,low scientific research ability,vague awareness of research problems,lack of critical spirit;The academic moral level is not high,the academic moral cognition is insufficient,the emotion is weak,the behavior is out of order and so on.In the third part,the causes of the role dislocation of academic graduate students are complicated.This study mainly combines the social background,college culture,student guidance relationship and self-role positioning of graduate students,and applies the method of internal and external cause analysis,and makes use of the method of internal and external factors analysis.To reveal the reasons for the imbalance of the role of academic graduate students.The first is the impact of the fragmentation of knowledge;the second is the disconnect between the training objectives of the school and the market demand;the third is the weakening of the academic guidance function of mentors;the fourth is that the role transformation of academic graduate students is not smooth and the role positioning is not clear;Fifth,the discoordination of multiple expectations leads to the regression of the academic role of graduate students.In the fourth part,it is a systematic project how to promote the academic graduate students to practice the role of "academic person" actively,to improve the scientific research level and the training quality of the graduate students.This research combines the empirical investigation material,as well as the problem representation and the reason of the postgraduates' role dislocation,from the campus culture construction,the guidance student relations,the master graduate student's role concept and how to take the initiative to practice the expected role,and so on.Put forward the strategy to promote the role practice.First of all,optimize the college culture education environment,pay attention to the material construction,spiritual construction,system construction of academic culture in colleges and universities.Secondly,we should build a harmonious interactive relationship between teachers and students,and set up the interaction between teachers and students.Flow understanding platform,teacher-student interaction to promote the realization of the role.Thirdly,academic graduate students set up the concept of academic orientation role,strengthen the role consciousness,handle the relationship between multiple roles,and clearly position their own roles.Finally,we should actively practice the role of "academic person",strengthen the reading of classical literature,improve the ability of scientific research,and strengthen the academic norms.
